"Amenities: The complementary items were great, but it's a shame the TV doesn't support screen mirroring from phones. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Downstairs is the Lihe business district, making it very convenient for food tours. Service: The attitude was excellent, but you have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout."

"The room itself was fine, and it's true that this is a landmark building in Zhongshan. However, it's definitely showing its age. For example, the buffet – while not expensive – offered a lot of food but the quality really needs improvement. What really disappointed me was the breakfast. This is the first time I've ever felt a hotel couldn't get breakfast right; it was worse than what you'd find at an all-season or Atour hotel. They really need to step up their game, otherwise, people won't even consider staying here."

"The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always patiently answering my questions. Whenever I visit Sanxiang, I always stay at Zhongshan Mingzuo Holiday Hotel. I also recommend it to my friends visiting Sanxiang, telling them they *must* experience the service and comfortable environment there. Haha, I've stayed there at least eight times, if not ten, over the past three years, so I didn't bother taking pictures this time. (^_^)"

"The long queues for Chinese breakfast forced me to give up on the hotel's breakfast and order takeout instead, which severely impacted my stay. If I were the general manager, I'd be mortified and lose sleep over this. You either need to implement staggered breakfast times for guests, expand the restaurant, or open up other dining spaces. You have to do something! Otherwise, what's the point of having a general manager?!"

"This hotel is absolutely massive; the staff mentioned it spans over 300 acres. I went because of its reputation, and the famous Lingnan hot springs truly live up to the hype – it's the top choice for a family vacation. The resort features a Southeast Asian-inspired design with several main functional hot spring areas and dozens of large, unique pools. I tried the traditional Chinese medicine health zone and the floral beauty zone, and the hydro-massage pool in the vitality fitness area was incredibly popular. You can even jump directly into the 3000㎡ mountain spring pool for a delightful 'ice and fire' experience. My garden view room was a pleasant surprise! It also had a Southeast Asian decor, and the balcony overlooked beautiful garden scenery. Sitting on the balcony listening to music was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The service truly deserves praise! The golf carts were available on call, and the staff were warm and attentive. Everyone, from the front desk to the hot spring area attendants, was all smiles. The dining didn't disappoint either; the Cantonese dim sum at the Chinese restaurant is a must-try – it's high-quality and affordable. The hot spring area also offered complimentary millet porridge and whole grains, which were both comforting and warming. The resort facilities are comprehensive, with free parking for those driving, fresh air on the morning jogging trails, and a relaxation lounge to unwind in after a soak in the hot springs. Overall, the experience was fantastic!"

"The hotel upgraded us to a suite this time, which we really appreciated! 🙏 The room design was great, and it was very clean, with a beautiful view directly overlooking the golf course. We'll definitely be back!"

"Overall the hotel is decent. It’s a new hotel so I have to give 5 stars for cleanliness. Service was good. Staff are very accommodating. The con is location. It’s outside of city center so you need to call Didi to travel outside. One small bad thing which I don’t think the hotel can control. The city was conducting some test. There were no electricity and water in the morning and late evening. It’s little bit convenient but we managed."

"We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!"

"A very spacious room and a kind size bed way enough for two people. The room is quiet but the it’s a bit too hot even when we tried to turn down the temperature to 16 degrees. One major problem is water leakage. After showering, the water leaked into the toilet area and the bathroom, making puddles everywhere. Would consider staying here again if there are attractive offers."

The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, really kick-starting your day.
