Luxury Hotels in Ayia Napa

"Repeated customer at Adams. The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard. Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh. Nice flowers at lobby. The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience.  Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty. Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.  - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay. -The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday. -For the coctails at socci restaurant where not using geniuine brands making them undrinkable. For 13 euros per coctail,  i do deserve original rum in my drink. -The service at socci restaurant was incosistent depending which shift was working everyday. The one philippino lady was lovely but the next day the other eastern european waitress never smiled and was very “stiff”. Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the coffee from the maschine was bitter and bad quality. -The glasshouse restaurant is nice but very expensive as every restaurant in the hotel. For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks. Also at night its difficult to find the switch lights wc button at the electronic lights board. Not everything should be modern, keep things simple.  Overall I do liked my stay in general and I will return."

"Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus. "

"The hotel has all the facilities we are used to for rest . New and clean . Food is very tasty and fresh . Very cool pool and lying comfortable ! Staff is trying . Yes , there is still something to do in the hotel ( the gym is empty , but we swim and walk a lot . We will definitely come back to see how everything has done ."
