"We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”"

"Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome."

"The resort itself was beautiful. And we had an amazing view of the sunset. I do wish there was more variety in the foods and the restaurant options. Surprisingly I thought the Mexican restaurant was not that great, but I liked the Italian place and seafood restaurant. The staff was very friendly. For some reason the heat in the Veranda restaurant was always stifling and made dining uncomfortable. The complex needs more elevators and you end up waiting around a lot. Also, I wish there was more entertainment. Dancing was so fun it should be every night. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"Pros: - Good location - Huge rooms - Close to Malecon Cons: - Too crowded - Noisy - Only real option for lunch is their buffet place - Pool is not clean - Time share - Staff could be a little more friendly - Buffet is too busy/crowded We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake. "

"Generally speaking, this all-inclusive hotel can only be said to be a decent stay, so don't have any high expectations. Hotel🏨: The hotel is a bit old, which can be clearly felt in the rooms and all facilities. This aspect actually doesn't matter, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities are all available, it's just a matter of the senses. The only highlight of this stay was the service. The employees here are very friendly and don't look bad. Food: Not so great here. Restaurant hygiene needs to be improved because flies and mosquitoes are highly visible (be sure to bring mosquito repellent). The food styles are all the same. The steaks eaten in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten in the steakhouse the day before. The presentation is the same🤣. When they walked to the restaurant where the topic was placed, they all ate about the same amount. The food tastes good, but the variety is not that great. Beach 🏖️: Incomparable to Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. The beach in Puerto Vallarta is darker and has more stones (at least this hotel's beach is like this) Near the hotel: There is a shopping mall 10 minutes up or down from the hotel. There is a Gong Cha milk tea shop nearby within walking distance. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are not far from the hotel. The streetscape is not very fancy but it is still safe for the president. I took my daughter out for a walk and didn't feel any danger. As long as you're walking on the street, there's really no problem."

"Hotel appeared beautiful. Then you get to your room which are in need of renovations. Why I gave a 1 in cleanliness was the ceilings had what appeared to be mold, and so did the bed sheets. There was no hot water and the fully stock bar was anything but full. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The app was easy to use. However, when they arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room that was not what I had booked, being this much easier. I went to ask for a clarification and the hotel said that it had no information from trip.com about the type of room that I had been confirmed and even mentioned that the confirmation code was incorrect. I don't recommend trip.com because they are not clear between what your booking and what is delivered to you"

"Hotel was really nice. Only a few things I didn’t like being able to hear crying children from Hotel next door. There was One rude front desk gentleman. Wanted to eat Sushi one day during the week but it was closed. "

"The Service was incredible. The waiters and all staff were very friendly. The hotel is chill and it was not very busy during my visit. I always found room next to the pool, or in the beach and at the restaurants."
