"On my last day in Bangkok, I chose to experience the newest Aman. Although I was initially skeptical about Aman in the city, the experience at Nai Lor truly stands out in Bangkok. General Manager Ted Tucker, formerly General Manager of Capella Bangkok, clearly has incorporated many of Capella's strengths into Aman, incorporating Aman's signature warm, attentive service and tranquil atmosphere. This ensures that Aman Nai Lor remains Bangkok's premier destination in every aspect. (Some may prefer Capella's river views, but Aman's city views are equally stunning and are closer to the main shopping district.)"

They fixed it eventually but really ruined my whole experience. The receptionist on morning duty 18th 19th really need to be well trained. I came there on person. She cannot remember anything and system makes no record. 卫生：room service is extraordinary, felt very impressed! Breakfast selection is outstanding and perfectly served, but strongly suggested to put a traffic signage to show which hours is peak and which hours more quiet."

"Extremely disappointed with Trip.com I requested a connecting room as I’m travelling with 2 kids and my husband had to leave us for business travel after part of our stay. Trip.com didn’t inform the hotel about the request, nor telling me connecting room was not available. The rooms were booked 2 months prior to my travel and had I known about this, I could have taken actions to rebook somewhere else. It took me numerous chats and phone calls with trip.com and the hotel which they both push responsibilities to the other party. Otherwise; the hotel itself is decent and location is perfect connecting to Siam paragon."

"This is my second time choosing Kimpton, two years after my last stay in November 2023. The front desk check-in was friendly and comfortable. Compared to two years ago, the breakfast selection is much richer, with many more meat options – you can tell I'm a carnivore! The freshly squeezed juices are plentiful, but it seems they've removed cold brew coffee. Although there was a slight unpleasant incident during my stay, the hotel staff did an excellent job helping me resolve it. The pool is heated to a constant 28 degrees Celsius, so it's not cold when you get in, making for a very comfortable swim. The bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I believe I'll be choosing this hotel for a third time next year."

"awesome stay at rosewood bangkok - love the location and service most of the time! and the view of the room was gorgeous - perfect for a chill night in the bath tub:) however, toilets can be jammed more easier than we thought and the hairdryer was not fully functional… a slight disappointment for a prominent five star hotel - and the gym was poorly ACed and pretty dark"

"I had really high expectations for RC. It's super convenient, very close to One Bangkok. **Ambiance:** Beautiful! I absolutely loved all the flowers throughout the hotel, very tasteful. The lotus pond in the lobby is unique, and with the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, it makes for great photos and is quite memorable. The hotel's promotional videos are excellent, blending local culture, Tai Chi, urban vibes, and an international feel – very upscale. **Service:** The staff are all very warm and smiling. I especially want to highlight the hotel's breakfast; the food quality is truly exceptional, especially the bread and pastries – absolutely divine, top-notch! **Facilities:** I have to complain: for a luxury brand hotel, why is the shower pressure so low? It was really unpleasant to shower. The soundproofing is also very poor, and there's a particularly strong smell. Because I have a sensitive nose, I coughed every night. There was an event in the plaza at night, and I was actually woken up at 4 AM by the incessant noise from microphones and speakers. I called to ask staff, but no solutions were offered. They suggested changing rooms, but who wants to move in the middle of the night? The next day at check-out, no one followed up or explained the situation. Breakfast! While it's top-notch, every morning after I finished eating and left, the two hostesses at the entrance never greeted me; it was as if they didn't see me. However, the concierge service was genuinely excellent! Thumbs up! 👍 I saw the female GM; her presence is very strong, and she's hands-on, helping out in the restaurant daily. Overall, I feel this hotel is a bit like a beautiful vase – the interior still falls a bit short. It's not as comfortable as my last stay at the Park Hyatt. The comfort level just isn't quite there."

"This was our second stay at the Peninsula Hotel, and after our first visit, we couldn't stop thinking about it. Even though this hotel is 26 years old, its meticulous and thoughtful service, unbeatable location, and rich Thai charm completely make up for any outdated facilities. In fact, it gave us a taste of the luxurious old-money style you see in classic movies. Watching the Christmas Eve fireworks from our room's balcony was an absolute highlight and a wonderful surprise. I'd say those who love it will truly adore it and find themselves wanting to return again and again. For those who don't, they might focus on the price. I recommend doing your research to see if this experience aligns with what you're looking for."

"Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful facilities and service was top notch. The steam room was particularly spectacular. Only minor issue is the location is not that convenient compared to other hotels but people staying at Four Seasons probably will be mostly spending time inside the hotel."
