"I stayed in the two-bedroom room for two nights. The facilities felt like those of a typical hotel, and the price was relatively high compared to other five-star hotels. One room had a slightly leaking toilet, another had a loose shower head, one toilet was a smart toilet, and the other was a regular toilet; I don't understand why they didn't install smart toilets in both. Also, the hallway leading to the rooms had too many steps, and the lighting was dim at night, making it easy to slip and fall. The first night, I was holding my child and fell, twisting my ankle. I had to stay in the hotel for the entire weekend. As for service, it was just average. The cleaning on the second day was mediocre; hair hadn't been cleaned on the floor. We ordered breakfast, and ate both breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant; the food quality and taste were acceptable."

"5 Impressions from my stay – here’s why 😊 Whenever I travel to Hua Hin, I always choose accommodation based on two principles, and this was my first time staying at the Hua Hin Marriott. 1. A peaceful and beautiful place to stay. 2. Breakfast... As for the hotel's service, it depends on the day you check in. Yesterday, on 20/6/69, I checked in. The hotel informed me that check-in was at 3:00 PM (My first impression was that I was able to check in at 1:00 PM 😊). And the two ladies at the front desk, Khun Joy and Khun Gap, were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were smiling, chatty, and gave great recommendations (My second impression was that I was allowed to check out at 1:00 PM as well 😊). 🛌 The golf cart driver took me to my room. I chose a Superior Room with a garden view. The room was beautiful inside, with a soft bed and soft pillows (My third impression was that the hotel gave me a birthday cake with 'Happy Birthday' and took a photo 🎂). 🌈 I was resting as usual, but then I unexpectedly found that there was constant noise from the room above. I couldn't rest at all, so I called the staff to ask them to inform the room above about the noise. After a while, the noise was still loud and continuous (So I called the staff a second time. My fourth impression was that the hotel immediately changed my room without hesitation. They coordinated quickly, and I was upgraded to a new Deluxe Seaview room on an upper floor. It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful 🌊🦀😄). 🍣🍥🍡 The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The grilled pork skewers were fragrant, there was fresh fruit juice, and a large selection of bread and cakes. All the staff in the restaurant provided good service, were smiling, and cheerful 😊👍. 🚟 Today, I checked out. I met the same staff member who greeted me, chatted, and apologized for yesterday's incident. This made me feel very impressed by the hotel and the staff's attentiveness and care for these details 🧧. 💰 For anyone considering a trip to Hua Hin and looking for a place to stay, I hope this can be one of your options for a relaxing break! 👍✌️☺️"

"Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"This was my first time staying here, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Although the hotel is quite large, it is peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. "Listen up, if you're staying in Hua Hin, this is the hotel to pick. I've been to Hua Hin before, even before the pandemic, and this hotel, in my observation, is the best in town. Of course, it's been several years since my first visit, and I wouldn't rule out that many other great hotels have popped up since then. But all things considered, especially the location, I still believe this hotel is the best in Hua Hin based on my recent stay. Let me share some transport tips: From the airport's first floor, take the bus to Hua Hin. From there, you can grab a tuk-tuk for 200 THB directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel even has a taxi stand right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. For beach horseback riding, it's 400 THB for 20 minutes. What's cool is how well-trained the horses are; even if you've never ridden before, you can ride by yourself without a handler. It's fantastic for taking videos and photos – very rewarding and perfect for sharing on social media, haha. Just diagonally to the right of the hotel entrance is the famous internet-famous Grandma's Mango Sticky Rice. I'm amazed that after all these years, Grandma seems unchanged and still in great health. I even got a photo with her this time. I highly recommend trying it (just don't go in the evening, as it's only open during the day). In short, if I go to Hua Hin, I'll basically always stay here! Highly recommended!"

"I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway."

"This hotel, built 103 years ago, boasts a rich history, beautifully maintained gardens, and a traditional ambiance that creates a unique service experience. This is a significant advantage that no newly built hotel can replicate in a short period of time. Although I booked a standard room, I received an upgrade and was satisfied with everything. My only regret was that the main pool wing and a part of the hotel were undergoing renovations, causing some inconvenience and preventing me from fully enjoying the hotel's complete atmosphere."

"I absolutely loved this hotel in Hua Hin! The service was so amazing it brought tears to our eyes, all three of us. There was a front desk lady who looked just like Lisa, so beautiful! Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We added an extra person with an extra bed for only 1200 baht. The check-in was split between two reception desks, but it wasn't a hassle at all. The hotel's own restaurant was also super photogenic. Honestly, there was so much food nearby that we didn't have enough time to try it all. The cleanliness was exceptional; I walked around all day barefoot, and there wasn't a speck of dust. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also huge with a great wet/dry separation. Plus, the room design was fantastic; we absolutely loved it. The moment you opened the door, it felt like a vacation. There was even a mini-bar, and right downstairs were two large swimming pools. We went during the off-season, and the Hua Hin sea wasn't great then, so this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two days. I regret not staying an extra day! Just 500 meters down the road, you'll find the town with lots of delicious food options. You HAVE to try 'Justice Restaurant' – it was incredibly good!"

"Our stay at Yana Villas was thoroughly enjoyable. The resort has a calm and serene vibe, which made it easy to unwind. Although it's not as big or flashy as other big name chains, it never felt crowded, and that was something I really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The private plunge pool was a great bonus, and the breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Hua Hin!"
