Luxury Hotels in Xuyen Moc District

"Hotel provides a shuttle service to and fro Saigon, so it's pretty convenient. There's no supermarket or shopping malls near the hotel, so either get the all-inclusive package or bring your own food. A 500ml bottle of water is about 60,000vnd, for reference. There are a lot of activities for children, more on weekends. On weekdays, the hotel is alot quieter. Our villa comes with a private pool and bathtub. Both are amazing, the bed was so soft as well. Service from all staff were great, from the buggy drivers to housekeeping staff, they are all amazing. Breakfast is alright, quite many options. Easy to get buggy anytime as well. The only issue we met was that due to bad weather, our villa experienced 3 blackouts in a night. We were told to call the reception for any issues, but with the power cut off, the phone line was cut off too and we were left with no other way to get in touch with the hotel staff. We finally got through the line via trip.com hotline and staff doesn't seem to realise that there was a blackout. There was miscommunication for our check-out time as well, which resulted in us rushing to pack everything up. Would expect better from a 5-star luxury hotel, being one of the top 10 best resorts."

"It's a 2.5h car ride from Ho Chi Minh but the benefit of this is that the skies are much clearer and the air less polluted. Service was good, massage was great and relaxing, facilities were clean. Food options and quality are what you might expect to have in Vietnam"

"Unfortunately we couldn't swim in the sea, because there was a lot of jelly fish, otherwise the beach is nice and clean. There is no free indoor play corner for the kids, only one playroom which has different activities for a small fee. Otherwise it has 2 outdoor playgrounds. All in all, great resort."

"I was a bit afraid to go to this hotel because I read lots of bad reviews about location, swimming pool, etc. . Check location before booking hotel and then you wont get disapointed. Hotel is far from everything, so if you want peaceful vacation away from all the noise it is good place to go. Stuff is highlight of the hotel, they are so friendly, welcoming and helpful!"

"We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking."

"Điểm hài lòng nhất đối với chuyến đi là sự tận tình của các bạn nhân viên. Các bạn chu đáo đến từng dịch vụ nhỏ luôn. Mình còn được giúp vận chuyển hành lý (rất nhiều valy cồng kềnh) khi muốn chuyển sang phòng mới. Phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ và trang trí rất đẹp. Mình có cơ hội được trải nghiệm phòng Habana và Estela. Khi xem hình trên web mình cứ nghĩ phòng Estela là best nhưng thật sự phòng ko được như mong đợi (Chắc do được book nhiều quá nên chất lượng phòng ko tốt bằng phòng Habana). Thêm nữa nhà vệ sinh bên Estela chỉ che bằng rèm nên sẽ bất tiện cho gia đình đi đông người. Mình hài lòng nhất là phòng Habana, phòng mới và thiết kế rất phù hợp cho gia đình. Phòng khách có TV lớn, thích hợp cho trẻ nhỏ xem phim hoạt hình trong lúc người lớn nấu ăn vẫn có thể quan sát. Mọi người nên book dịch vụ nấu ăn và chuẩn bị tiệc, các bạn nấu ăn rất ngon. Mình muốn trải nghiệm đi chợ hải sản nên đã tự đi chợ và nhờ các bạn nấu buổi tối theo món mà mình yêu cầu :)) Mình cũng ko ngờ là mấy món mình muốn nấu lại thành ra ngon như vậy. Recommend dịch vụ dẫn đi bắt còng ban đêm, bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình nên mấy bạn nhỏ nhà mình hứng thú lắm. Thành quả thu được được chế biến thành món cháo còng đặc sản luôn. Cũng như mấy bình luận trước là khu này rất vắng vẻ, ít du khách. Nhưng mình thuộc kiểu hướng nội nên việc enjoy với gia đình mà ko bị ảnh hưởng bởi những gia đình khác lại là điểm cộng với mình. Một điều chú ý là khu này chưa có bãi tắm riêng, nên resort sẽ có xe điện chở mình đến bãi tắm có phí, khoảng 20-30k 1 người, nhưng do bạn book phòng nên được tắm free mỗi ngày 1 lần. Tắm biển xong về tắm lại hồ bơi nước mặn trong resort cũng vui. Hồ bơi nước mặn thì có cả hồ cho người lớn và trẻ em, sạch sẽ, có phòng tắm lại bằng nước ngọt kế bên. Ăn sáng miễn phí với hủ tiếu mực. Nếu có cơ hội mình chắc chắn sẽ book lại khu này để healing với gia đình."

"Great view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …"
