The room wasn't big, but it was clean and tidy. The service was very friendly. It's very close to the train station, making it convenient for getting around. It's near Lake Lucerne (pictured) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a pretty good place and worth recommending. Thumbs up!
