Location – 9/10 The hotel is in a prime location, right by Lake Lucerne and just a 5-minute walk from Lucerne Train Station. It’s within walking distance of major attractions like the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), the Old Town, and the Culture and Convention Center (KKL Luzern). The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

My room was upgraded to a bigger room with two single beds. The service was very good and the room was clean and neat. Everything seems quite new. It takes about 8 mins to walk from the train station or bus station so a pretty good location by the beautiful lakeside. Nothing to complaint about!

The hotel is in a prime location, a 10-minute walk from Lucerne Railway Station and the pier. The room is well soundproofed, and you can't hear people talking in the corridor. In the peak tourist season, it is very cost-effective compared to other hotels in Lucerne. For Chinese tourists, in addition to many Swiss standard sockets, there is also a target socket in the room, and the European standard conversion plug can be used directly, which is very convenient! Traveling in many countries in Europe can be done with one plug...

Good service, convenient location next to the lake

The location is good, only about 300 meters walk to the train station, and within 15 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room is large and new, the front desk service is also very good, the breakfast is average, but it is enough to eat

The hotel service attitude is terrible. When booking the room, it was written that children are welcome to stay, but when we arrived, we were charged an extra 53 Swiss francs per person. I called to borrow a charging adapter, and they said they would send it to me, but they never did. The whole hotel is full of Indians and smells bad.

The breakfast food and ingredients are small and poor quality.

Room is average, location is OK

This hotel is right next to the train tracks, so I booked a lake view premium room. In fact, the lake view was average. Only double rooms are available. When checking in, the front desk said that nothing could be seen in the twin rooms. The room cleaning is very poor, bottled water is not replenished, the cleanliness is terrible, and the breakfast is mediocre, mainly for domestic tourists. What needs to be commended is that a male staff member at the front desk recommended a travel route, which was great and improved the travel experience. Thank you🙏
