"Very comfortable and friendly. Our room was well setup as a mini suite--although it wasn't. Very nice patio seating with a fire pit (on the night we were there but not necessary as it was very warm). Everything was clean but a bit worn but we were perfectly happy with it and will be back."

"It was absolute ****! Although the concierge was amazing. But the services were poor. Firstly Gym isn’t working. It’s under maintenance. Should have checked it out or given in automated messages when booking is done Secondly Room services isn’t done. No bed or anything despite of telling the service person in the corridor. Spoken to two different people at two different time. Nothing happened When I got back and saw the same bed and towels as I kept it. I gave informed the concierge they couldn’t do much rather offer breakfast. Which i appreciated."

"This is my favorite holiday inn. There is an older gentleman at the front desk. He is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. He is also the only one among the nearly 10 Holiday Inns that does not charge a deposit. The only lobby has bookshelves and books. Yes, other facilities are the same standard of holidayinn."
