Arrived in Luzhou on January 6th, and the journey from the airport to the hotel was very quick. However, the online car-hailing driver refused to enter the hotel and said that he would be charged 10 yuan as long as he entered the hotel. I had no choice but to carry my luggage and walk from the roadside to the hotel. The room facilities are very good and the hygiene is also good. The environment is beautiful. The front desk service and customer service were very good. It was raining on the 7th, and I went out to order an online taxi. However, all the online taxis were not allowed to enter the hotel, and any that came in charged 10 yuan. I had to walk to the roadside in the rain to get on the car, and the same thing happened on the way back. To run a hotel well requires meticulous management in every possible way. Yes, if online taxis and private cars are charged for picking up and dropping off guests, even if they have to register at the front desk in advance, is this a proactive way to improve hotel operations? Even in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau, they do everything they can to provide convenient vehicles for picking up and dropping off passengers, and they do not charge such fees. I don’t know if the hotel managers can see this message.

The room is nice, the facilities are advanced, the service is thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich. But it is a bit outdated to charge a deposit for staying in the hotel now. The environment is a little poor, but it is very close to the riverside park, which is a big highlight.

The room was generally OK, but it was a little different from what I imagined a five-star hotel room to be. The breakfast was also rich. The service staff was very enthusiastic when I checked in, and I was very touched. I wanted to give a good review, but when I was taking a shower in the evening, I hit my head on the faucet switch in the bathroom and it bled. I went downstairs to ask the waiter if there was a pharmacy nearby, but the service staff was lukewarm and didn't ask much, which shows that the hotel is lacking in emergency management and customer service.

My family went to Luzhou for fun. We stayed here after hearing the recommendation from a local friend. It is right in the city center. It is a very comfortable hotel with convenient transportation. Both adults and children like it very much. We will choose this hotel again next time we come to Luzhou! Highly recommended!

The customer service staff at the front desk were very polite and enthusiastic. The room is generally kept clean. They also prepared a pillowcase and a small towel with my name on it, which was a great surprise. A fruit plate is also prepared to welcome guests. It can be seen that everything is carefully managed from top to bottom. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Luzhou in the future. The hotel provides its own parking lot with ample parking spaces. 😊
