這是我第二次入住泓江花園酒店。半年前曾入住一次，覺得物美價廉，這次家庭出遊再次選擇了泓江花園酒店。酒店停車非常方便地上和地下都有比較充足的停車位。酒店的大床房朝外，雙人房朝內，都比較安靜。酒店簡約而不簡單：首先沒有使用地毯，而使用地磚，這一點非常好，不會藏污納垢；然後酒店的地磚設計和浴室地面設計都不錯，棉拖打濕以後也不會滑很好；再者就是通風很好，空調很足，而且窗户打開的幅度也比較大。酒店工作人員服務態度很好，服務意識很強，值得點贊！建議酒店提升一下早餐的品類，使早餐更加豐富就更好了。酒店是來瀘州出遊差旅的很好選擇，建議大家入住。

The reason for the deduction of points for facilities is that the bathroom is too slippery, there is no bath mat or floor towel, no handrails and no slippers for bathing. If I hadn't used a face towel to cover it, I would have slipped. The room is a bit small, and the washing is behind the door, but it is generous to have four bottles of water. Other aspects are quite good. Breakfast is in the rooftop garden, with many varieties and delicious freshly cooked noodles. There were many people getting married during the National Day holiday, and it was very noisy in the corridor early in the morning. Convenient parking!

The hotel is at the intersection of the road, the traffic environment is chaotic, and taxis do not drive to the hotel lobby to drop off passengers, but park directly on the roadside. Fortunately, there is a slope to pull luggage. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, the bathroom has a peculiar smell, and there are no disposable slippers, only disinfected and packaged for reuse. The service is OK. I called the front desk and said that I needed an extra set of toothbrushes, and they were delivered immediately. The room I stayed in was close to the river. When I entered, the window was not closed well, which was very noisy. It was quiet after closing the window. The hotel is in a good location, close to Guanyizui, Baita, and Luzhou Laojiao. I ran to these points in the morning.

The room is quite big, the double room is a 1.5-meter and a 1.2-meter bed, which is very good for traveling, very good. The bathroom is also very spacious. There is a sofa, a small table, a pot of tea, and a quiet look at the night view outside the window, which is simply comfortable. 哇哇哇真的超級滿意了，選了好久瀘州的酒店，因為大多數都是120+價位但是環境很差很差或者隔音不好，來瀘州旅遊我就覺得啊？是不是這個城市都這樣？但是在我不懈努力以下找到了這個酒店，我真的是，感覺在家一樣。
首先服務很好，小姐姐聲音很甜，而且也不會來打擾你，會打座機電話來詢問你要不要打掃清潔什麼的!
其次，地理位置很好，這附近就有超市，雖然是老超市，但是物品還是很多，而且對面有很多好吃的，比如廁所兔，芭夯兔，還有零食有鳴之類的
然後衞生和環境，還有隔音，我真的很滿意哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。就是最好別住門口附近，很容易被人錯敲房門……我就是……挺害怕的哈哈哈哈哈
酒店照片拍的少嘞，但是我不是拖哈哈哈哈哈，真的很喜歡，以後會給朋友推薦的

Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

I personally felt that the hotel's environment, facilities and services were excellent! The room was super clean with fresh air, the bedding was super comfortable with a pillow for two uses, the curtain track was super smooth, and the skylight in the shower room made the room dry, refreshing and poetic; there were fruits, snacks or local fruit tea on the table every day, and one night they even sent warm milk and steam eye masks to help with sleep! The breakfast was rich and had local characteristics! The noodle cooking sister was very considerate! We also had non-spicy dishes at ”Xiaoliyuan”! It was drizzling when we left the hotel, and Manager Tian held an umbrella and sent us to the taxi and waved goodbye! Here, we experienced people-oriented quality service!
