設施：酒店新開業的，所有東西都很新
衞生：挺乾淨的，算是我住過酒店裡麪乾淨的了
服務：服務不錯，入住有給倒酸梅湯，很好喝。還給幫忙按電梯。
一路旅遊過來，給我的感覺很不錯。也有自助洗衣的，路上換下來的臟衣服都變得乾乾淨淨

裝修房間都蠻新的，但是我們入住那天，巨熱，空調完全打不起來，跟前台反應了，修了好幾回，後面似乎好了，天也下了雨，温度也下來了。但房間設定温度23度，好像一直也打不下來的。至少不熱了。
早飯68一位，由於攜程送小孩早餐，所以我們也看了一眼早餐，68千萬別花，哪怕38也不值得，走一條馬路早上有好多攤兒，早上吃個餅加上熱乎乎的羊雜湯，那叫一個舒坦，10塊錢搞定。

每次來呂梁都選擇漫心，房間非常寬敞，衞生整潔，最主要的是非常喜歡漫心的工作人員，態度很熱情，有禮貌，客人有什麼問題都能及時解決👍🏻

匆匆兩天的呂梁之行，漫心酒店給了滿滿的美好。位於市中心，去機場，火車站很方便。周圍各種吃飯的地方。房間很大，佈局合理，温暖，乾淨。配飾全是粉紅色系，非常喜歡。智能馬桶和電視，吹風機很好用，衞生間有化粧鏡。早餐雖然地方不大，但東西很齊全，基本的牛奶，麪條，穀物，水果，蔬菜都有。很喜歡的一家酒店。

前台服務特別好，尤其是前台叫曹楦楦的小姑娘，入住時介紹了附近吃飯的地方，推薦的飯店也特別好吃，房間特別乾淨，還有蚊香液，特別安心，礦泉水不夠用，和前台直接説，不到5分鐘就送上來了，非常滿意，必須5星好評。
