We have not really checked in to the hotel, we got stuck in a situation of going back to Seaton from Lyme Regis. Me and my friend missed out the last bus trip which we relied on Google timeline. So happen to have inquire for transportation at this hotel since it is the nearest point from bus stop Langmoor Gardens. Receptionist Joe has willingly extended extraordinary help. He demonstrated beyond what he shouldn’t have done since we aren’t either guests at the hotel. He made his way accountable for all, allowed us to charge phone, WiFi connection, a taxi agent and other taxi contacts for us to go home. He is so dedicated to his work and as a front desk customer service very professional indeed! He works from the heart. We thank you so much Joe, we love you! May blessings be in return to you for the help you gave us. We were back to Seaton safely!
