The Lyndoch Motel Formerly Lyndoch Hill ★★★
"We booked our stay for one night during long weekend and ended up leaving the room and booking somewhere else. It’s nothing like what you see in pics. Rooms and old and run down. There were cracks in the wall where old aircon was and big flies were coming in from that. We were told that restaurant was closed because there were no staff available due to long weekend. We tried to raise this with trip.com and we’re offered $15 worth of credit but refund. Will never recommend booking this place"
Barossa Shiraz Estate ★★★★
"Beautifully presented and well stocked with fresh locally sourced delicious provision's. The grounds are marvellous to walk through with either St Hugo’s or Jacob’s Creek facilities a short pleasant stroll away. We will definitely be returning and have no hesitation in giving this the highest recommendation"
Novotel Barossa Valley Resort ★★★★
"Great location in the heart of the Barossa, great base to visit the wineries"
The Residence at Barossa Chateau ★★★★★
"Staying one night to experience Barossa Chateau is a good experience. It is next to the vineyard. The owner, Ms. Mandy, is a collector. The first floor displays her personal collection, including 18th-century porcelain and watercolor paintings. The second floor, which also houses the collection, has a living room, dining room and master bedroom, and serves as guest accommodation space. For breakfast Ms. Mandy will prepare the food and make her own breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel, which is a good place to dine during our stay that night. Ms. Mandy has a rose garden that she is proud of. The blooming season is at its peak in the second week of October. She said there are 30,000 roses of different varieties from all over the world in full bloom. When the garden opened in 2002, Queen Elizabeth of England came here specially to cut the ribbon to open the garden."
Le Mas Barossa ★★★★★
"The location was hidden but personal The room was classic with sufficient amenities The dinner was respected by staff Good for anniversary celebration"
Jasmine's Cottage ★★★★★
"Amazing lovely Year 1880 cottage and beautiful garden with modern facilities and warm service. Definitely will go back."
Kingsford the Barossa ★★★★
"A stunning property with incredible staff, food, beverages, views, service & ambience. A must visit when in the Barossa! Already planning my next trip back!"
Barossa Pavilions & Glasshouse ★★★★
"Three of the most beautiful days we have spent in a long time! My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights on a trip from QLD to SA and I cannot rate this place highly enough. The moment we walked in, it smelt beautiful. The fire was on and ready for us with beautiful music playing in the background. It really is such a gorgeous relaxing space, highly private, and they have thought of absolutely everything. From the lush bath robes to the pillow menu you can choose from in the bedroom, the toiletries, and the breakfast hamper is so generous in size with so many yummy options from local produce in the region. We had amazing views and we had a lovely little goat roaming around in the paddock in front of us. The swinging chair was also a lovely touch on the deck and we sat out here nightly with a wine in hand. Every single thing was thought of, and all appliances including the washer/dryer are really high-end quality. We will be back, thank you so much!"
