Loved it
Lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to the beach and the pier and about 30 minutes walk along the coast to get to the Blackpool trams. A perfect spot for a short break

A modern hotel, in an excellent location for easy walking access to all areas of St Anne’s. Lytham itself is just a short drive down the coast.
Staff were all very welcoming & friendly and although we were only there for a short time, rooms were cleaned each day. Reception area is not always manned but it is easy enough to use the bell to call a staff member. Breakfast is of Continental style, but there was more than enough, & everything was kept “topped up” which is not always the case in hotels. Car parking in the hotel car park could be difficult at times, as it soon gets full, however there are alternative places either on the main road opposite the hotel, or at a pay & display car park nearby. There is also an option to pay a fee to book a hotel parking space during your visit.
This was our second stay at this hotel & we would not hesitate to book again if the need arose.

A Comfortable Retreat , and a Relaxing Stay.
We have stopped at MODE HOTEL for the past 4 consecutive years , and the hotel ,to us has never changed from EXCELLENCE , THANK YOU .
The hotel makes our holiday stop very relaxing , and that is all you can ask of a Hotel.

Staff was wonderful, the woman who greeted us was so very nice. property is in a great location, Breakfast was very good. The only drawbacks, the shower was a bit musty and the carpets need cleaning.

Lovely service and got upgraded for free which was a nice bonus. Room was clean and tidy deffo stay again plus a complementary continental breakfast in the morning good way to start ths morning

Xmas break
Brilliant from start to finish. Reception staff very welcoming and informative. Rooms clean, big, and ensuite bery nice. Breakfast was plentiful with tea and coffee refills offered. Check out was quick and simple

I liked the area, I liked the hotel , the staff and where it is situated. However, one thing rather annoyed me and it’s so simple to overcome There is One very small glass shelf in the bathroom of number 16 which held our tooth mugs only We had to put our toilet bags and my make up bag on the floor whilst using them. Rather spoilt our break in Mode. Thank you.

Theft from our room.
We had items stolen from our hotel room.
The management were dismissive and argumentative. they even told us several untruths. In fact they contacted us the day after we had left and told us that the police had been in touch with them and told them not to discuss the case with us. However, later that day the investigating police officer called us, and told us that they hadn't even contacted them yet!
