Had a fantastic Easter break with family and friends. A real gem of a place for kids and adults alike. Glorious weather, apartments at their usual top standard and the staff as friendly and hospitable as ever. Thanks to Zoe, Stuart, Steve and the team for making us feel very welcome yet again. Another 5 star stay at our favourite place in Lytham St Annes. The apartments are spotless and full of lovely touches like welcome brownies, bread and milk so you can have a cuppa when you arrive! The apartments themselves are modern with lovely decor and all the amenities you could imagine. If you’re lucky enough to get the sun then the seating areas are great suntraps and plenty of cushioned seats and sun loungers. The best part of the stay is the staff that you see around - nothing is too much trouble and everyone greets you with a smile. Big thanks to Zoe this time for helping us with some extra bedding. We stay several times a year and will definitely be back!

From the ease of booking to the email correspondence to the ease of check in on the day of arrival, everything was smooth and perfect. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor called seagrass. Two bedrooms, very comfy beds. Every single utensil you could need in the well equipped kitchen. Large soft towels, comfy sofas, fantastic views, lovely outdoor seating areas, plenty parking, yummy brownies and bread left for us for our arrival. Absolutely stunning place and no faults. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at St Anne’s Apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the apartment was very clean and well-equipped for a family. The back garden was great for the kids, and we enjoyed relaxing in the communal front area. The hosts were responsive, the staff friendly, and we would happily stay again!

What a beautiful hidden treasure. We had a lovely stay in 01 Shoreline Apartment. Wow it didn’t disappoint, a beautiful sea view from the lounge adds that extra feeling when walking through the door. Apartment perfectly well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for a short break. Lovely little welcome pack on arrival which was nice and a good surprise. Apartment was spotlessly clean and couldn’t be faulted. Overall a lovely little stay.

Thanks to the team at St Annes Beach Apartments , we have just had over a week's holiday there and it was perfect. Our stay started off very well with an unexpected upgrade to a larger apartment to which we were most grateful for. Our apartment was clean and very well equipped ,everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication from start to finish,thank you.

We have returned from another wonderful time at St Annes Beach Apartments. We have been visiting the Apartments for nearly ten years now and cannot speak highly enough of the attention that Zoe and her team have given to us over the years. The apartments have everything you need to have an amazing and relaxing time including the attention to cleanliness which is first class. Can’t wait to make it our tenth anniversary visit next year.

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a perfect location close to the beach and town centre. A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and delicious brownies were a nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Our family will definitely be back.
