Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

We decided to go to Pullman Maldives for our winter vacation because we have always had wonderful experience in another Pullman resort. It was our third time in Maldives and we had very high expectations. I’m happy to share that Pullman Maldives even exceeded them in every aspect. From the arrival on Male Airport to the check-in for departure the team took such care of our family that we felt like home but in paradise. The place has it all - incredible beauty, reach marine life, modern villas, plenty of activities, great dining options and outstanding service. We stayed at two beach pool villas and one sunset ocean villa which was great because we were able to capture the best of all on that wonderful island. We enjoyed enormously the three restaurants that offered a great variety of food, drinks and excellent service. The bars are all beautiful, the live music at the Hub made every evening special and watching the turtles and sharks around Saffron is something no one should miss. There were so many activities that 10 days were not enough to explore everything but whatever we tried was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot the house reef snorkeling, the jet ski and the fun tube. The Christmas Eve Party was the top of all, spectacular setting and performance. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the entire team - people are what makes the difference and at Pullman Maamutaa resort you can find the best example of welcoming, knowledgeable and dedicated personnel. We would like to mention some of its members who did outstanding job to make us feel amazing during our stay: Aman from Security and Santosh who saved our vacation finding the mobile of our son in the dark and rainy night; everyone in the restaurants especially Kamal, Azleef, Zin, the hostess Nisha, the sommelier (I’m so sorry I can’t recall the name), the music band and most of all the su chef at Melange Subrata who made special meals for our daughter and her vegetarian boy friend. Thank you! We are looking forward to seeing you again.

Stunning island where everything is thoughtfully catered for. The attention to detail is above and beyond. The food has been outstanding, the drinks are all branded with cocktails galore, champagne, quality wine list and all served by the most lovely staff, each and everyone of them have genuine smiles and really go out of their way to make your holiday a trip of a lifetime. The spa treatments are so relaxing and the massage I had done by Janna was just what I needed to top off the most wonderful holiday. The rooms are amazing, with so much space and everything you could possibly need from coffee machines and a large range of teas to the snacks and mini bar which is replenished daily. The beds are huge and really comfy and to wake up the sound of the ocean in the morning is fabulous. Our over water villa had indoor and outdoor showers, his and hers sink areas and a huge bath, there is a massive deck with sunbeds, another shower, a netting hammock area and outdoor sofa under a pergola. Snorkelling on the house reef was stunning, we saw turtles, rays, sharks and more fish than you could begin to imagine. I can’t recommend this island highly enough to anyone coming to the Maldives for their dream getaway.

Amazing 1 hour JetSki tour with fantastic guide Shaheen to island. Approximately 20 minutes ride to small uninhabited island surrounded by pristine turquoise waters with 15 minutes to explore. Shaheen took lots of videos and photos of our adventure and shared with us! Highly recommend! Will definitely be rebooking this trip.
