Spectacular hotel with modern decoration. Details of room especially the design and lightings are well considered. Great and polite services. Always think ahead of what customer might need. For a short stay. It is a perfect place to consider

Staff was super friendly, room was big and location was amazing. Highly recommend!

This was by far no five star experience! We arrived carrying our luggage from the associated parking, wich is quite far and asked to store or our luggage as our room was not yet ready. The two people at reception did not move and asked us for passports and deposit in a not very polite way while we still had our heavy bags on us. It remained unclear why our credit card was charged with an additional deposit on arrival as our room was already fully paid. We were offered a glass of bubbles in the bar, wich was nice, but the bar was all empty with no atmosphere and the bubbles offered was extremely acidic, we couldn’t finish our glasses. Quality of breakfast ingredients did by far not match the 39€ charged for breakfast per person: They advertise a patisserie but clearly nothing on the breakfast buffet had seen a patisserie. Some of the baked goods tasted as if they were from yesterday. Arugula looked old and many other things did not look very fresh. Not much that we felt like eating on this buffet. The coffee was not very good quality. Orange juice was not freshly squeezed but sugary liquid. Crepes and eggs were nice, though. They should hire someone from one of the famous hotel schools for breakfast service. The lady who served our breakfast had no such training (she leaned over our plates and beverages, when we arrived we were handed a piece of paper where we were asked to write our names, she showed us an old menu with stains on it to choose the fresh egg options, we found a hair of hers on our table). This was not a busy day and only three tables had customers. Breakfast needs to improve!! Rooms are nice, location is good, Architecture is beautiful!

This is a new hotel and lots of modern fixtures without ruining the historic character of the building. Wonderful staff and a very nice bar.
