Crowne Plaza Maastricht by IHG

Being able to find a room in crowne plaza for such a good deal on trip.com is a steal!

No good service throughout our stay, for example, there was no sitting chair on the first floor of our family suite while there's a desk we could use for work, i had to call the front desk asking them to bring a chair for us to sit, the cleaning staff explained that her english was not good enough, asked me to call reception, how is that possible? Staff at breakfast restaurant was very loud and using the simplest English while communicating with the guests, e.g. "coffee? coffee" instead of "Would you like to have some coffee?" Not up to Crowne Plaza's standard at all. Uptairs was way too dark, need more lights

Good location, quality room and amenities. Three river view was worth the upgrade

Not clean the floor.. and do not check and refill the shower gel ., Shampoo ., conditioner and toilet paper 🧻 But agreed with Location is good 👍
