The room was very spacious, and most importantly, the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Unlike the softer mattresses often found in Europe, this one offered excellent support, which I really appreciated. The gym was also very spacious with plenty of equipment. Upon arrival, there were complimentary welcome drinks and fruits, and the breakfast was quite good too.

When we first arrived, we got dropped off at the convention center, so we had to walk a huge detour to find it. It feels a bit like a standard domestic hotel in China. You have to ask the front desk for slippers. Overall, the experience was just okay.

This hotel is right next to the exhibition center. First off, the facilities are fine, it's a standard business hotel. Besides the hotel's own restaurant, there are no other amenities nearby. There's a small fast-food restaurant about a seven or eight-minute walk away, near the train station. You don't need to park in the underground garage; apparently, it costs 15 Euros a night to park at the hotel. You can park for free on the street next door after 6 PM, but the downside is that it starts charging again at 7 AM.

Cozy welcome. It's an older hotel now, everything is functional, but the room did look a bit dusty. The rooms look a bit dated and could use a refresh. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The staff are friendly. Due to renovations, I received an upgrade to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is also good. I'd love to come back.

We checked in on August 8th. Overall, the staff were quite friendly, except for the lady at the front desk during check-in. At first, we were asked to pay €199, even though we were certain that everything had already been paid in advance except for the city tax. While I was double-checking the booking details with my dad—who doesn’t speak English, so I had to translate for him—the receptionist became noticeably impatient. She firmly insisted there was no mistake and repeatedly emphasized that every hotel in this country charges a city tax, which made us feel as if we were being treated like ignorant guests unwilling to pay. When it later turned out that the error was on her side, she did not offer any apology. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable.
