A great hotel in a superb location with wonderful service. Excellent food. Will happily rebook again. Plenty of free parking, good Wi-Fi. Room was excellent. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Cannot fault this Hotel in any way.

Great location on the water, absolutely fantastic restaurant and friendly staff. Rooms are fresh and modern and all the ones I have stayed in are quite spacious. Breakfast is fine, the dinner in the restaurant is really really good. Nice and easy parking. Definetly recommended, especially for a business trip the hotel checks all the boxes.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in front of the New Waterway, at the edge of Maassluis. Good alternative to staying downtown Rotterdam. I would recommend it for a short stay. The positives: - comfortable bed - nice shower (choice between rain shower and “normal” shower) - free parking - great views of the passing ships and tankers from certain rooms The negatives: - be prepared for street noice (nearby cafes and restaurants) at night in case you prefer to sleep with open window - small room size - relatively expensive (given that it is in a somewhat remote location in a small town) - car recommended We did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so cannot comment on the food/restaurant service.

Have been booked into this fabulous hotel whilst on a business trip and I can not tell you enough how much I appreciate this hotel. The staff is friendly helpful and bilingual offering Dutch and English. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable and immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. The restaurant offers a great breakfast and dinner is well worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and recreational visits.

A beautiful hotel for a short stay. The bedrooms are modern, well furnished and exceptionally clean. The bar and restaurant are warm and inviting and the staff very welcoming. The approach to the premises feels like driving through an industrial estate and indeed rooms to the rear have this as a view. However, the location is actually rather fine being right on the waterfront where Massluis harbour meets the main waterway from Rotterdam to the North Sea. Room rates are comparable to city centre hotels of the same standard. At first this struck me as being on the high side, but the quality of the stay meant it was actually good value for money. Would definitely stay here again when next visiting family and friends in the area.

We had a very nice room with a spacious bathroom and shower. On the first day, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working. The light in the bathroom, and especially in the separate toilet, didn't always work. This meant that it was sometimes pitch black when we were doing business. We reported both issues to reception on two separate days. There was no improvement. For safety reasons, the windows could only be tilted slightly. Locks prevented them from opening fully. Upon departure, after another sleepless night in a hot room and another reminder of the broken air conditioning, we were told: "Yes, they knew that." Not a word of regret or apology. Not to mention a discount. We were given a room without working air conditioning in the middle of summer at 28°C, knowing full well that it would be hot. The cost for four nights was over €800. The restaurant is not recommended. The food is of very good quality, the portions are small. The price/performance ratio is not right. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 10-minute walk in the city center, or just across the street. The breakfast is decent. Eggs were either boiled or scrambled. Fried eggs were only available for an extra charge!

Beautiful and quiet hotel located with a beautiful view of the Scheur and within walking distance of Maassluis. A downside is that luggage cannot be left behind if you arrive early. The food in the restaurant is tasty but not special. The uncovered tables at breakfast are a bit chilly. The breakfast is tasty but not exceptional.

What a lovely hotel! Had a Tower Suite and a superior room. Well maintained. Clean rooms. What a lovely atmosphere this hotel has. A gem on the water. The Nieuwe Waterweg is right outside. Impressive ships sail by. The rooms are well insulated so you can enjoy the grandeur of the ships without hearing any noise. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Nice reception. Had dinner at the Hven restaurant last night. Delicious food. Gambas and more fish for the main course. Well, you're sitting on the water. Then you have to eat fish. That's really delicious here. We'll definitely be back!
