We stayed in Eurotel Hotel everytime we have events/errands in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga because it is accessible to all and it’s across SM City Clark and near the new mall, Clark Cityfront Mall. We will stay here again. 😊

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Pros: Decent room size Clean room Decent wifi connection Location is good Some staffs are nice (NOTE: ”some” and that means only 2!) CONS: OKAY LET ME START HERE... So i have checked in late at night around 8pm and the guy who did my checked in was very nice. BUT, other than that there is nothing more to be happy about. Next day for checked out, woman knocked on my door. No good morning or friendly greeting but only told me it is time for check out. I kindly asked for a late check out since i checked in late prior that day but they hesitated and told me I have to pay extra charge and it's TOTALLY fine with me. Also, They don't even offer receipts for extra feed i paid. So I checked out and again asked the old man if they can consider and if i can stay in the room for like 15min something like that while waiting for my service but told me it's already 2pm and they need to clean the room. Lo and behold , the old woman just entered my room and attempted to clean WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT'S ALREADY OKAY TO ENTER THE ROOM OR IF I HAVE VALUABLE THINGS THERE OR IF I AM ALREADY SETTLED! LASTLY NO ONE EVEN HELPED ME OR OFFER HELP TO CARRY MY THINGS. I AM A SOLO GUEST AND FYI i am girl and I HAVE ONE LUGGAGE AND A BIG CONSOLE WITH ME. I guess it's because im a Filipina so i was treated like this because if i am not alone and probably with someone foreign, THEY WILL BE NICER TO ME. lol! The hotel looks like a house BUT the feels? Totally the opposite!

No dental hygiene kit provided compared to other branches of red planet. Pillow is too soft, I had neck pain waking up in the morning. Towels had a strong smell of bleaching solution 🤢. The water from the sink faucet has a weak flow. Staffs especially in the front desk are very professional and informative. Very pretty also.

First: Please note that our stay was During the Covid Pandemic so the hotel was not at full capacity, some amenities such as pool and gym were closed and they only offered a limited dining menu so with that said this is my review Reserving was fairly easy, I opted to directly contact them via Facebook and they did offer me a deal no other portal would provide. With the deal we end up staying 4 nights/5 days. They provided us the one bedroom suite which was fairly big and had a balcony. The place was clean, air con was cool in both room and living space and the bathroom . Internet speed were good but we did have issues with connection from time to time. They did provide toiletries and bottled water. There is also a safe in the closet. The TV provide a good amount of channels Breakfast was delivered to the room. There was no choices but was decent. They did have a spa that opened from 4pm daily and a bbq resto that was actually really good . Parking is plenty and it’s indoor. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Overall their service was exceptional from the rep, Ms K (full name withheld) from reservation , the front desk at check in and check out and room service. Security is ample so you are safe Great Stay and I recommend it

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Prism hotel has got to be one of the most colorful hotels I’ve ever been to. Went there with 3 friends and we booked a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was big, the bathroom was sooooo nice and well-divided, there’s a little kitchen corner too. The area is surrounded with nearby food chains, bars, massage places, supermarkets, police station, etc. It is basically in the heart of Pampanga. Room was well-ventilated and lighted, pool was cozy but not heated ( water was so cold for me but still fine). Our booking came with free breakfast and was satisfying. Plus: Staff are all friendly and courteous, from the guards to the attendants. Tip: They offer cheaper pick-up and drop-off services as compared to public transpo in the area. You can pre-book transpo needs with them.

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)
