Excellent 5star hotel. Plus both facilities n services amazing. Especially bfast was superb.
Especially towards the services fm Ical, Feby, Doni Wagut, Jaka, Chef Andi, Pak Wisnu n Steven.
Also for both Bu Ririn n Bu Nina gave very good introduction on hotel facilities n also hospitality for us during our stay.

We stayed at TA'AKTANA Resort Labuan Bajo in January 2025, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
The hotel room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The overall resort facilities were exceptional, with breathtaking views and a luxurious ambiance!

This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in, no matter the service or the facilities, especially the service staff are very positive and proactive. Because it was just built, everything is brand new, but it happened to be under construction during my stay, so the bar on the sea was not open, which is a bit of a pity. In addition, I hope that the information department can work harder, it seems that it is not in sync with the front desk.

The check-in experience is better than that of Ayana. There are welcome cards and fruit snacks, and the mini bar items are rich and varied. The waiters were helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Due to flight reasons, we were provided with an extra airport drop-off service free of charge, after all, it was less than 10 minutes away from the airport.
