Excellent service from check in and Wet. Massive variety of food and beverage in breakfast buffet. Room’s design is amazing. Very fashionable. View of bathrooms is cool. It’s a delightful experience. Definitely will recommend and return.

Had an absolute blast staying at W studio Macau. We decided to stay for a night there after attending the twice concert. location is superb, everything is clean, views were amazing!

One of the few hotels in Macao that keeps its promises. New facilities, luxury rooms, rich breakfast buffet. All within the Studio City complex with everything just 5 minutes away

先説好的，設施比較新，早餐也還可以吧，畢竟澳門的價位在這裏。
説點不好的，和其它評論一樣，發現辦理入住特別慢，要半小時，而且我還是深更半夜辦理的。前台以房間不夠為由讓我換無障礙房間，我沒同意後，又能給出正常房間了，不懂什麼操作。
入住第二天上午十點多吃完早餐回房，房卡失效，又等了些久才送了新房卡過來，影響到我中午出門安排。我對服務水準提出抗議，送了果盤。
總結，不趕時間對服務不敏感可以選，性價比還可以。

作為這麼貴的酒店，還需要按金，沒有什麼好的服務，入住排隊排了挺久，辦理也挺慢，按金退的時間還很久，床單還有黑色的污漬，飲料也沒有什麼特別的提供，水吧一瓶可樂50澳門幣，挺無語~性價比低，40樓酒吧風景太一般
