I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

這次從橫琴口岸過關，實測帶娃絲滑省錢滑路線👇 過關後直奔“澳門銀河”**車（免費！），坐到終點站（水晶大堂）下車，再轉安達仕的接駁小巴，或者步行穿過JW萬豪，10分鐘搞定！比打車省錢，如果不帶娃，沒有行李，也可以選擇體驗一下輕軌🚈！ ✅先説優點 🛏️ 房間：訂了大床房，35㎡，1.8米大床，帶娃也夠睡，深泡浴缸+智能霧化玻璃，晚上泡個澡太治癒了🛁。提前備註了小童牙刷、小拖鞋、小童洗護，前台還按年齡送了磁吸拼圖（隨機款，看運氣）娃超愛！。拖鞋可帶走，但塑料底遇水有點滑，要注意⚠️ ⛺關於帳篷：特意問了前台，小朋友的帳篷現在已經不是免費的了，大約440mop左右（價格會有浮動，視具體訂房時間而定），但他們家的床圍是目前用過，體驗感最好的，帶小朋友的家庭可以體驗一下😃 🍹 6樓Lounge：全天茶飲小點心，堅果，檸檬茶杏仁餅都很好吃😋（免費！） 🍫 Mini吧+手信：首輪免費是王道 牛奶、汽水、泡麪、零食，首輪免費！還送了英記餅家手信盒，返程當手信或者第二天的早餐，又省一筆！（免費！） 🎢 天浪淘園：房費包含了2大2小的門票，我們2間房，3大1小剛剛好💓 空中沖浪、激流、白沙灘、小童水寨，現場有救生小背心🎽，也有游泳圈🛟，小朋友可以玩一下午😃 ❌再説缺點： 🏗️樓下有工地，一大早8點多就開始打鑽了，被吵醒😭 🛝從安達仕步行去天浪淘園還是有點遠：尤其是帶小朋友的話，大約需要15分鐘（如果帶了很多東西的話，也可以選擇坐接駁巴士）到水晶大堂，進門後右轉↩️，直走，看到六福珠寶對面的電梯上2樓） 🏨入住過程有點繁瑣：如果早到的話，先寄存行李——拿到行李卡——上1樓服務枱拿天浪淘園的確認碼——拿到確認碼可以選擇直接拿上泳衣👙去天浪淘園——到下午2點後去6樓辦理入住手續，排隊基本半小時起（遇節假日更久），3點拿到房卡進房間。 📝總結： 1️⃣作為2023年開業的新酒店來説，雖然細節方面還有待改善，但是從服務，硬件，性價比等各方面來説，個人還是比較喜歡的； 2️⃣這裏沒有**，相對比較安靜（等過段時間，樓下的工地結束了，會更好一點） 3️⃣去大三巴的話還是有點遠，如果想逛老城的話，這裏不是首選；

我覺得各方面就是價錢還是有點貴，因為畢竟他不是**的酒店找到**還是需要車程跟時間然後有時候服務員不一定要整理～ 然後也希望服務員態度都好一點～

This was my first time staying at Andaz Macau, and the experience was simply fantastic. The hotel rooms are incredibly well-designed, and the bar has an amazing vibe. Seeing that we had a child with us, Yannie at the front desk even prepared children's toiletries and a little tent in the room. The room view was also gorgeous. A huge thank you to her! The breakfast was abundant, and dining was very convenient.

Decided to stay for another night on a whim after shopping at Galaxy, since Andaz Macau is right next door. The toiletries in the room are all high quality, and the hairbrush is simply the best! Ms. Ophelia is the absolute cutest!!! I bought way too many souvenirs before leaving, and she proactively offered me a bag!! She even helped me pack everything! Oh my god!! I am totally staying here again next time! She made this stay experience even more delightful and wonderful!

Andaz Hotel exceeded all expectations with its service. Every receptionist was smiling and treated each guest politely. I was assigned a room on the 19th floor, which offered breathtaking views. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, scoring full marks, and the comfort was outstanding, far exceeding what I anticipated. They also provided an incredibly rich breakfast with a wide variety of food options. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

My recent stay at Andaz Macau completely exceeded my expectations—it made for a truly amazing and pleasant surprise during my trip to Macau. The hotel's design beautifully blends Chinese and Portuguese cultures. From the Portuguese tiles in the lobby to the art installations telling local Macau stories, every corner exudes quality. It’s quiet and elegant, free from the hustle and bustle of neighboring casino hotels, offering a peaceful sanctuary amidst the excitement while still being very convenient for getting to the Galaxy Macau shopping district. Great attention to detail was paid to the guest rooms. The room was spotlessly clean with a smooth layout, a spacious and bright bathroom, and high-quality toiletries. The minibar was complimentary for the first round and included Lavazza coffee capsules. Even the charging ports came equipped with both USB and Type-C outlets—such a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was meticulous; every time we returned, the room was neatly tidied up and amenities were promptly replenished, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I especially want to give a major shoutout to Cherrain from the staff! During our online communication prior to arrival, when I inquired about a room upgrade and twin-bed arrangements, Cherrain was patient, professional, and gentle throughout. She diligently checked the day's room availability for me, honestly explained the suite layouts, and—despite limited conditions—thoughtfully secured a 2:00 PM early check-in benefit for us, minimizing our wait time upon arrival. The communication was seamless with prompt replies. You could truly feel that she was putting herself in the guests' shoes with genuine empathy. Her service wasn't just rigid and routine; it was heartwarming.
