Overall is good, the location is not so convenient. Abit boring to stay there. Water park have to cross over main road to JW Mariot Level 3, not so convenient.

I had many questions about hotel amenities and nearby transport. Rea answered each one patiently and in detail. Truly outstanding! Zedrik also assisted us with our luggage with a very friendly smile! And as have a great staff!

Great hotel great service staffs are very helpful and nice. The room is beautiful and perfecf. Love everything about it except that you need to hop on a shuttle to Galaxy but with this price, it is still great

Our stay at Andaz was an excellent experience! From the moment we checked in until checkout, every staff member was incredibly warm and professional. A special thanks to Amelia, Emily, and Yolanda Chen at the front desk for their meticulous and thoughtful service, which made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really liked the overall atmosphere. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and recommend it to our friends. Five-star rating! 👍

First time here, and the front desk upgraded my room! The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with full amenities and a simple yet luxurious design. The lighting was great, totally fine for a solo traveler. I had a busy morning checking out for work and forgot to grab the complimentary gift, haha. When I came back in the afternoon to ask about it, the staff were incredibly nice and still prepared it for me. Thank you, Amelia, Mia, and Katie! You're amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!

The biggest surprise this time was from Andaz, especially their turndown service. They neatly arranged all my skincare products, even tidied up the wires, and provided eye cream. They also served drinks with ice cubes – everything was perfectly arranged. Although there was a minor incident during breakfast involving a mainland tourist, they resolved it with great sincerity and even arranged a car to take me to the Conrad. The only downside is that getting to Grand Resort Deck is quite inconvenient, especially when you're wearing a wet swimsuit.

The free mini-bar (including alcoholic beverages) was a really nice touch. It's not that I absolutely needed to use it, but it saved a lot of time not having to go downstairs to buy drinks myself. The room was also very clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for a concert.

Values for the money; lots of freebie, lounge use, etc. Friendly n welcoming staff; modern design hotels. However, inconvenient for shopping, family-oriented activities, food court, etc

Excellent service, clean and luxurious. The service in general was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and supportive. Check-in seemed to take slightly longer than usual for all guests (there were some queues), but with excellent attention to detail.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering great convenience for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The accompanying recreational areas also added to the fun of our trip. Special thanks to Ophelia, Elena, and Cherrain, among other staff members, who provided attentive and warm service from the moment we arrived, ensuring we felt cared for throughout our stay. The thoughtful service, combined with the elegant environment, made our entire stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It was an excellent experience and a top choice for accommodation in Macau. Included: Grand Resort Deck tickets (up to 2 adults and 2 children), Yeng Kee Bakery souvenirs.

It’s a great experience to stayed in this Hotel, the  foods, services are all great, especially to the experience team who prepared cake for our anniversary. Overall its a fantastic stay

I specifically chose this hotel for Chen Linong's concert, and the exclusive entrance channel was a huge draw! The room was a bit small but very well-appointed. The front desk staff and breakfast service were both perfect. I hope to stay here again sometime.

I booked a standard room but received a complimentary suite upgrade, which made the experience extra special.
