The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop and Grand Lisboa Hotel. Check-in and check-out were fast. The room was spacious and the sea view was very comfortable.

The hotel's location is good, and I specifically booked a room with a fireworks view, which was quite nice for watching the fireworks. The only thing I need to emphasize is the extremely low efficiency of the front desk staff. I just needed a beer opener, and I waited at least 3 hours. During that time, I called numerous times to follow up, and in the end, they gave me a wine opener. Then, they had to check again to see if they even had a beer opener before they could reply to me. It really spoiled my mood. Additionally, the payment methods for the hotel's room service are very unfriendly; many require Macau bank accounts or credit cards, and there's a MOP$2 plastic bag levy for each dish. That night, the restaurant was booked for a private event, so no one delivered food to the room. The service was very disappointing.

Wonderful fireworks night! The staff were very polite. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. The infinity pool had an amazing view, and the kids absolutely loved it. We look forward to coming back again!

The restaurant food is good and reasonably priced, plus hotel guests receive a $100 voucher. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Macau.

The room layout is well-designed, with complete and functional amenities. The large bay window, in particular, is great for enjoying the view and relaxing. There's a bus stop about 100 meters away, and it's not far from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, making transportation very convenient! The hotel also has shops and restaurants. However, the service was mediocre. The front desk staff was cold during check-in. The hallway light in the room wasn't working, and despite calling twice, no one came to fix it. The hairdryer socket in the bathroom had poor contact. The hotel requires a MOP 1000 deposit upon check-in, which is refunded within 24 hours of checkout if paid via WeChat. However, some guests have mentioned issues with their deposit being partially withheld, so it's advisable to take photos as proof when checking out. Aside from these issues, everything else was pretty good!

The location is very central, making it convenient to get everywhere. The view is fantastic, the room is very clean, and the service is great. They also offer free luggage storage. The classic Grand Lisboa and other hotels are right across the street.

My stay at the YOHO Treasure Island Resort & Hotel in Macau was fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the Macau Peninsula (near Almeida Ribeiro Square). It's just a few minutes' walk to New Yaohan Department Store and the Grand Lisboa area, and getting to popular attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's is also a breeze.

The hotel is very well-maintained. Shopping and entertainment are super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the main road, and major attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's are easily accessible. The mall downstairs has a great variety of dining options. 👍 The infinity pool offers beautiful views! 👍

The room and bathroom were spacious with an unbeatable sea view from the window. The infinity pool was unique, and there was a supermarket and Pop Mart nearby. They had both a Chinese and Western restaurant. The hotel offers great value for money.

The room was great and very clean, with a beautiful view of Macau Tower and the lake right outside the window. We originally only booked one night, but since our child was enjoying it so much, we extended our stay for another night. All the front desk staff were very friendly, especially Amy, who was particularly enthusiastic. If we have the chance to visit again, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This is a five-star hotel, but it doesn't offer five-star service. The check-in counter is surprisingly far from the elevators to the rooms, which is a strange design. I had to carry my own luggage. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly difficult to use, and the display screen was too small. The master light switch kept flickering, and the automatic curtains and lights turned on and off three times by themselves. I ended up just removing the room key to cut off power. I tried to take a nap in the afternoon, but was woken up twice by cleaning staff. While the nearby dining and shopping are convenient, I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing vacation; it simply doesn't feel like one. The staff only spoke Mandarin and English, with no Cantonese available, even after I specifically requested a Cantonese-speaking attendant. I left feeling very, very tired.😅

The environment here is pretty good, and it's conveniently close to tourist attractions. The staff were also very enthusiastic. When I was checking out and tidying up my luggage and pool float in a corner, CLARO noticed that the air hadn't fully deflated and thoughtfully brought over a bag for us. Thumbs up!
