We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

This hotel is very nice and clean! The staff are very intentional with their movement and help. I was a mess after traveling all day, and a staff member came to help me out of the taxi I was in (which I was extremely thankful for). He led me to the correct lobby/reception area, where I was met with even more diligent staff. All the staff members were very kind, patient, and helpful in every encounter. Check-in was painless and quick, and it was easy to navigate to my tower/room. The taxi stand was right in front of the hotel, so transportation wasn't an issue, even as I was leaving at 4 in the morning. When I got in the room, I was extremely pleased with every aspect. The room was very clean, and the fan/air purifier was such a nice touch given I had been in a heavily polluted place prior to going to Macau. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable! Enjoyed the bathtub in my short time there! I was only in Macau for one night sadly, so I didn't get to see all of the beauty of the property. The whole place was peaceful, as there is a considerable amount of noise cancellation within the room. The curtains can be opened and closed to match your preference. Outside was extremely photographable, as there was an Eiffel Tower and other photogenic sites there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those traveling to Macau, whether for a day or longer, solo or in a group! I will be booking my trip back to Macau just to enjoy this hotel in its entirety and everything that Macau has to offer! I'd recommend this place if you enjoy a touch of luxury and peace in a convenient location with a very lively atmosphere!
