A very casual n normal 3 Star Hotel but their's cleanliness+hygiene+linen r kept at a perfect standard let the trip be comfortable, relaxable n enjoyable. NICE.

Good hotel, good location, good n efficiency HSKP aunties(11/F ), good cleanliness+hygiene+linen, especially the bed+pillows, very comfortable n relaxable. GOOD.

Everything is good condition, big room and clean, nice and quiet. But no entertainment facilities, no gym and no swimming pool that is the only thing can be criticized.

The place is alright, but we found stains in the sheets. They accomodated and helped changed them though. Overall ok.

Strong smell jn the room. I have informed the front desk about the problem and there was no improvement. Seemed that my concern was ignored.

All staff provided sincere service! Sure will come back . We stayed at Room 1106 (Dec  12-16, 2024, )feeling better then Room 1110 this time.  The refrigerator is not working  Hoping that will be fixed
