City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau

This Mid-Autumn Festival, our stay at Morpheus far exceeded our expectations for the entire trip! Upon arriving at the front desk, the welcoming staff were warm and professional, and check-in was incredibly smooth. We had originally booked a smoking room but requested to switch to a non-smoking room at the last minute. The staff patiently assisted us and successfully made the change. After checking in, we received a blind box doll as a gift from the hotel. When I asked if I could have another, the hotel generously gave us three blind boxes and two additional small gifts, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities were brand new, and the daily welcome fruit was abundant and exquisite. I've stayed at the Four Seasons Macau and The Londoner before, but Morpheus's warm service left an even deeper impression. Staff members would proactively approach us to ask about our needs during our stay, paying attention to every detail. The SPA therapists were professional, and the experience was excellent. During our stay, a small incident occurred: my travel companion accidentally damaged the bathtub drain, which was our responsibility. However, the hotel still arranged for staff to come and repair it five times, and even sent a handwritten apology letter and a compensatory fruit platter. Their proactive attitude in taking care of guests' feelings was truly touching. The hotel is connected to the House of Dancing Water venue, making travel very convenient. The House of Dancing Water show was grand and spectacular, the performers were highly skilled, and the performance was magnificent – highly recommended. I sincerely thank all the staff at Morpheus for their warm and attentive service. I'm honored to be a member of the 'Hao You Hui' (Morpheus's loyalty program), and on my next visit to Macau, I will still choose Morpheus. I look forward to seeing you again!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The concierge team, Yuki, Jenny, Anrita, and Edward, along with front desk staff Emma and Winnie, Bell Ken, and housekeeping's Tony, provided exceptional assistance and delightful surprises. It was the most enjoyable and satisfying hotel experience I've had in Macau. I will definitely choose Morpheus again on my next visit to Macau. We mentioned to the hotel that we liked 'Starman' (xingxingren), and they thoughtfully prepared a 'Starman' greeting card and custom room key cards~

The luxury suite was bigger than expected, and the hotel has an artistic and high-tech vibe! The executive lounge breakfast was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bedding was excellent! This hotel is definitely worth a second and third visit! City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau will be my top choice next time I'm in Macau!

True to Zaha Hadid's design, the hotel is incredibly stylish. The room was very comfortable, and I particularly loved the bar area and the fact that the toiletries were from Parma. I was really satisfied, and it's great that the prices didn't increase for the Mid-Autumn Festival. I'll definitely be back.

The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

A beautiful, modern hotel, truly out of this world. The room was spacious with a great view of other hotels. Excellent service. You can go down to the casino right in your hotel slippers. We missed breakfast, so we ate at the cafe in the lobby, and everything was delicious. You can also relax by the pool on the 40th floor during the day.
