In today's landscape of luxurious hotels, St. Regis continues to stand out with its impeccable service. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

The St. Regis Macao is ideally located in The Londoner Shoppes area. Its British retro style is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The signature 24-hour butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and the evening champagne sabering ceremony is full of ritual. The high-altitude pool offers views of the Eiffel Tower at night, and it's convenient for shopping and getting around, making it a top luxury choice in Cotai, Macau.

Celebrated my birthday at the St. Regis and got a complimentary upgrade to a room with an Eiffel Tower view. However, I couldn't check in until 5 PM. They provided a fruit platter and birthday decorations. I was initially told breakfast was until 1 PM, but on the day of check-in, they said it ended at 11 AM. They made up for it by sending food to my room later. The deposit was charged to my card, but it still hasn't been refunded after several days... I'd recommend paying cash. When checking out, I noticed they're preparing for renovations.

The hotel staff upgraded my room for free, and any other requests I had were quickly addressed via WeChat by the butler. While not considered a luxury hotel in Macau, and the facilities are a bit dated, the service is excellent! (The only downside is the lack of a bed rail.)

This was my second visit, celebrating a birthday. The room was already simply decorated, and we were assigned an ideal room location. All the facilities were great, even a foot massager was provided. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning temperature felt a bit warm even after multiple adjustments. What I was most satisfied with was the 24-hour butler service; drinks were quickly brought to us whenever requested. All the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant even sent over a small cake, which was a lovely touch.

A delightful, pleasant, and surprising trip. Although getting the room card took a bit longer than expected, the front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a magnificent suite with a superb view. We were so happy! The St. Regis will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

Traveling to Zhuhai Chimelong with my child, we decided to visit Macau as well and were very satisfied with our two-night stay. The room was incredibly quiet; even though it was right by the elevator, there was absolutely no noise. The air conditioning in the room also ran silently, which is perfect for guests sensitive to sound. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. I had read reviews mentioning how neatly the rooms were tidied, and it was true! Even though I had tidied up before leaving, when I returned, I saw that the housekeeping staff had even coiled my charging cables neatly. The room was also spotlessly clean. Some guests mentioned language issues, but everyone I encountered spoke Mandarin very well. Those who didn't speak Chinese proactively used English along with some Chinese. Check-in and luggage storage were both very smooth. I highly recommend staying here.
