The Venetian Macao

The room was quite spacious, and the location is great. The hotel offers free shuttle service everywhere.

This is our fourth or fifth time coming here with my husband! From dating to marriage! It's always been very clean and tidy! They even sent a cake and decorated the bed for our anniversary! We're very satisfied! The service is also excellent! The new breakfast is delicious too.

Highly recommend the front desk service here! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, proactively offering great assistance whenever we needed it. This experience made us feel incredibly warm and secure. We're truly grateful to them!

Miss Yuki at the front desk was absolutely wonderful – beautiful, sweet-voiced, and incredibly patient and thorough in explaining directions. She even anticipated our daily needs. The room she arranged had a great view, and she gave us some delicious complimentary cookies. The room itself was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. The only downside was a bit of noise from construction on the upper floors during our stay, but that's understandable. Macau is really great value for money right now; the room rate on the day of check-in was 200-300 cheaper than booking in advance, but there's not much you can do about that. Guests can also enjoy free access to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower.

My overall experience at The Venetian Macao was a mix of good and bad. **Highlights and Advantages:** * **Extremely convenient transportation:** Located at the heart of Cotai Strip, with free shuttle buses directly to the airport and major border gates, making travel and transfers incredibly easy. * **Well-maintained facilities:** The rooms are spacious, and there's a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The business and entertainment facilities are still in good condition. **Main Downsides:** * **Noise affected sleep:** During my stay, the hotel had noticeable renovation and construction noise, and the soundproofing was poor, which significantly disturbed my rest and sleep quality. For travelers who prioritize location and convenience, The Venetian is still a good choice. However, if you are sensitive to noise or desire a quiet accommodation environment, it's advisable to check with the hotel about construction progress or request a room away from construction areas before booking.

I always love staying here, it's fantastic. Every time I visit, I choose this place. Everything is great, except it's a bit pricey.

I've been to The Venetian many times before, whether for exhibitions or leisure, but this was my first time staying at the hotel. Although we arrived at 2 PM, the front desk staff immediately arranged a room for us to check in right away because we had an elderly person with us. They even extended our check-out time so we could have enough time to enjoy breakfast and then leisurely return to our room to pack (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵). When we opened the room door, we were absolutely stunned! It was super, super luxurious and incredibly beautiful! 😆 Although we booked a twin suite, they added a sofa bed for us when they learned there would be three adults, and it was very comfortable to sleep on (◐‿◑). Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was polite, greeted us, and offered help proactively. When we checked out and took the elevator, we happened to meet Sam, who kindly helped us with our luggage and with our check-out. Kelly also gave us a box of pastries (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) (please excuse me if I misremembered or misspelled their names!). The two dream-like days passed by so happily~ PS: If possible, I hope the shower control valve can be improved in the future. The elderly person, who is used to showering, said the water flow wasn't very friendly… you have to turn the cold water on quite a lot to get hot water (^_^)a

I highly recommend it to all travelers, and I'm very much looking forward to enjoying such a pleasant time here again!
