The room was clean and bright, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and Yang Xiaojun, a lovely lady, showed us to room 1333, which was spacious and bright, and we were very happy with it. A big thank you to Yang Xiaojun for preparing fruit and gifts in the room – it was a touching gesture! Definitely five-star worthy. Five stars to the front desk manager and all the staff, and five stars for the floor cleaning service!

At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!

Service: It was quite professional. They also prepared birthday cakes for children. However, Ctrip told us that baby strollers were provided free of charge for children under five years old. We were under five years old, but the hotel did not support it. They said they could add an extra bed, but they waited until we fell asleep at nine o'clock and called to ask if we still needed it. It was really uncomfortable to be woken up. In addition, the buffet breakfast was not very rich. Compared with the Four Seasons we stayed in before, it still needs to be improved

The hotel service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. I learned that the upper floors of the hotel are also being renovated, and I am looking forward to seeing the results. After all, in Macau, this hotel is still very desirable.

The environment and services are very good

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

The room facilities and beds are all neat and clean. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. There are not many tourists staying now, so the hotel environment is quieter than before. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, worth recommending and will come again next time.

The hotel decoration is old

The first time I came to Macau, I chose MGM, it was really great, and I even upgraded to a sea view room. The scale and luxury of entertainment hotels are really incomparable to domestic hotels. I tried Shengshi and Nanyuan restaurants, both of which are very good. The Portuguese tarts of Shengshi are very good. I strongly recommend it. It is not worse than Internet celebrities. The point is that there is no long queue Team; downstairs of the hotel is the No. 1 shopping mall, where you can buy and buy all kinds of things, and the membership card has discounts and points. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the pier, Taipa, and the customs, as well as the Hong Kong-Macau Express Line to Hong Kong via the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bridge, which is very convenient. Compared with the traditional luxury of Londoners and Wynn, I personally like the modern design of MGM. This time I have played the island all over, and next time I plan to try the beautiful lions in Taipa.

It's just so-so. I'd rather stay at Marriott at this price.
