Metropark Hotel Macau Reviews

The hotel is located near the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. It's just a three-stop bus ride from the Hong Kong ferry. The staff are very welcoming and always help open doors. The room is much more spacious than what you'd find in Hong Kong. Plus, there's a free hotel shuttle service back to Zhuhai Gongbei Port! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Facilities: Very good, nice. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Very good. Service: Very good. The front desk service was excellent. They offer luggage storage. There's a direct shuttle to the Border Gate. The driver who took us to the Border Gate was exceptionally kind, polite, and helped with our luggage. There are many great food options near the hotel. It's very convenient to get to all the attractions, close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and they even offer late-night snacks. This was my second stay at this hotel during the National Day holiday. It's great, very good. Next time I visit Macau, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk upgraded my room type, and the lobby staff were very polite. I arrived in the morning and they actively helped me confirm my reservation even though I hadn't received a confirmation yet. Since my two-night stay was split into two separate bookings, the second night couldn't be confirmed until the next morning. However, the first staff member I spoke with had already noted my two-night stay, making the check-in process very smooth. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. I basically stay at this hotel every time I visit Macau.

This hotel offers excellent service. I was a bit worried at first because it's an older hotel, but when I arrived, I found that the facilities and equipment were meticulously maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There were no 'legendary' creepy crawlies. The hotel's laundry room has plenty of machines, so you don't have to worry about waiting in line. There's also a gym and a swimming pool. For dining, there are both Chinese and Western restaurants, and a coffee shop on the ground floor with pretty good coffee. I stayed for two consecutive days and really appreciate the service from the front desk. As a first-timer in Macau 🇲🇴, I felt very well taken care of, and they helped me solve many annoying little problems! The housekeeping team was also very thoughtful; in the morning, I forgot to close my door while resting in the room, and when they saw me come out, they specifically reminded me. The price offers incredible value for money (compared to similarly priced hotels in Hong Kong, it's truly a no-brainer). Within 1 kilometer, there are affordable supermarkets and local eateries, and you can also walk to Grand Lisboa and New Yaohan, making it very convenient for exploring.

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new, well-maintained, and quite clean. The towels and amenities are comfortable. The city view outside the window is as shown, with a quiet side road next to it.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop, which is super convenient in Macau. It has a swimming pool and complimentary late-night snacks. There's also a shop right next door selling authentic Portuguese egg tarts. The rooms are spacious and even have a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking.

This is an established four-star hotel. We arrived quite late, but the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was very clean, and our request for a high-floor room was fully met. Downstairs, there are many delicious eateries and a 24-hour supermarket. It's also very close to popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Wynn. The coffee in the hotel lobby was excellent, and the egg tarts were freshly baked. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try them, but I'll definitely make sure to next time.

The hotel's location is good, not far from Wynn Macau, and there's a McDonald's across the street. It's an older hotel, but they offer a late-night canteen and it's great value for money. There's also a good tripe noodle shop right next to the hotel.

Aside from the slightly off-the-beaten-path location, everything else was pretty good. They even provide a dedicated shuttle to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. The tea restaurant downstairs is delicious 😋 and very affordable. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

Spacious room, but the hotel is kind of old. Location is OK, the old town of Macau is within walkable distance. Close to 新葡京 and Galaxy ******, where you can take free ****** shuttle to 氹仔.

This hotel was a great find! The price was quite reasonable, and it's in a really convenient location that's easy to find. There are tons of snack shops nearby. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and very spacious. The front desk service was excellent; they were really helpful with any questions I had.
