We stayed at Hotel Okura Macau to celebrate a birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were showered with warm birthday wishes. They thoughtfully arranged the details, decorated the room, and even surprised us with a generous array of gifts and a birthday cake. Hands down, this has been the best hotel experience we've had in Macau. The hardware facilities are also top-notch, with access to Grand Resort Deck and two Kids' Clubs. Highly recommended for family getaways! Special thanks to Anita, Wilson, Anna, and Val, whose warmth and exceptional service gave our child a truly happy and unforgettable birthday trip.

The most convenient hotel for accessing Grand Resort Deck. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. It was a very satisfying trip. This is definitely the top choice hotel in Macau for families with children. Highly recommended!

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

The Okura's service was absolutely amazing, and it's super close to all the water activities. My kids didn't want to leave after playing! We'll definitely bring the family back here for a birthday celebration next time. We absolutely adore this hotel!

The room was quite spacious, and the service was attentive. They even provided special shampoo and body wash for babies, plus a small tent which the kids loved. It was a pleasant stay.

Huge thanks to Anita for her thoughtful service! From the moment we checked in, she meticulously asked about our room preferences and gave the kids coloring books to play with while we waited. After check-in, she personally escorted us to our room and explained all the facilities, even bringing a snack box for the little ones, which they absolutely loved. My kids had such a great time, and so did I! We'll definitely be back for our next vacation.

The room was very satisfying, and the service was excellent with enthusiastic staff. The swimming pool even had a wave machine, which the kids absolutely loved. Among all the hotels in Macau, the hygiene here is exceptionally good. It's not far from Rua do Cunha, just opposite the East Wing Plaza, and within walking distance, offering plenty of specialty food options.
