Staying at the Fu Hao Hotel in Macau was a great choice! 🏨 It's a peaceful oasis right in the middle of all the action, with an amazing location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The 24-hour front desk offers warm and helpful service, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

For this price and location, I really think it's fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! I love Macau, but there's definitely more good food on the mainland, haha.

I accidentally left my iPad at the hotel when I checked out. After returning to Zhuhai, I called the hotel front desk, and Manager Zhu helped me locate the iPad and even arranged to mail it back to the mainland. Macau is a wonderful city, perfect for travel, and I'll definitely visit again. When I do, I'll be sure to stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel.

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very bustling part of Macau Peninsula. Mr. Li and Mr. Lu were both very attentive hosts! Really good.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. Although the decor reflects that of an older five-star hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained; all the facilities are perfectly functional and nothing looks worn out. During our stay, we even saw maintenance staff repainting doors in some rooms that had minor nicks. The room doors are quite solid, showing that a significant investment was made during the original renovation. Some details are very well-executed, such as a shower room that's slightly larger than average, a 'please wait' response button next to the toilet, and complimentary phone charging cables by the bed that don't require scanning. The shower pressure is strong, which was a plus. Breakfast was a bit simple, and the variety could be improved.

The room was quite spacious, but the soundproofing wasn't great. It was very convenient for dining out, and not far to walk to Grand Lisboa, Senado Square, and St. Paul's Ruins. I'll definitely come back to Macau again next time.

We bought airport shuttle tickets from Zhuhai Jinwan Airport for 50 yuan to Hengqin Port, then took another shuttle to the hotel. The wait was a bit long, so we ended up taking the Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle to Grand Lisboa, and then it was just a five-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it's very clean and quiet. The concierge service was excellent; they not only helped us find the best way to get to Hong Kong but also assisted with booking a taxi. The front desk had a very enthusiastic guy from Northeast China who provided detailed and clear explanations. The breakfast was clean and hygienic!

Regal Hotel is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Most importantly, the staff are warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. A special thanks to Xiao Lu from the service team for helping my friend and I plan our itinerary, which saved us a lot of time!

Traveling with three adults and two kids for our summer vacation, we stumbled upon this hotel that offered a large room type, which was perfect for all of us to stay together. The decor is new, and for Macau, the bathroom is quite spacious. Very nice, very nice!

The hotel's location is decent; Wynn and MGM are not far to the left when you exit. Macau Peninsula isn't as new as Taipa. I found the hotel had an unpleasant odor, but maybe I'm just sensitive. My husband and kids were fine and said they didn't smell anything.

The room hygiene was good. The location is excellent, with a bus stop about 100 meters to the left and a 24-hour supermarket a little further down, where locals shop for cheap goods. The front desk staff were very friendly. I would choose to stay here again next time.

The environment is great, the service attitude is good, and it's very clean. I'll recommend it next time. I had a very comfortable stay and a lot of fun. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent!

This hotel offers great value for money, with an excellent location. Most attractions and other hotels are within a 15-minute walk. The Ruins of St. Paul's might be a bit further, but it's still an easy walk. The room was spacious and new, with complete facilities. Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as a five-star hotel, it met business hotel standards. The staff were also very enthusiastic. A special shout-out to the two bellboys, Terry Ye and David Yang, who helped call a taxi and even actively assisted with luggage, which many five-star hotels don't do. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Grand Lisboa, and very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and St. Dominic's Church. It's also convenient to catch a bus right outside. Plus, it's a stop for the Zhuhai Airport shuttle bus. The WeChat service team was very helpful and provided great assistance.
