Great location. You can take the shuttle to StarWorld Hotel and walk just 100 meters to reach the property. There is a swimming pool, but it's quite old and the overall experience was mediocre. The room exceeded expectations. Although it has some age to it, the finishing standards are high, it was spotlessly clean, and it even features a bathtub. Nice night view in the evening.

The room was spacious, the service was good, and the location was convenient. When booking, pay attention to lunch and breakfast options. I accidentally booked lunch instead of breakfast, and it was a hassle to switch, plus they didn't offer a refund. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle, but the Starworld Hotel across the street does.

The room is quite spacious and very clean. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and the location is absolutely fantastic.

Every time I visit, I stay here. Although the hotel is a bit old, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and it's convenient for shopping and dining nearby. It's also easy to get anywhere from here.

Booked this hotel for my child's exam in Macau. They allowed check-in with an authorization letter from the parents. The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. It's very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby, and the price was reasonable.

The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a bathtub, a shower, and still plenty of room. The air had a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable! The service attitude was similar to what you'd find in China, with very polite greeters! There wasn't much for breakfast, and many places nearby only opened at 10 AM, though there were a few 24-hour shops. The restaurant downstairs closed at 10:30 PM! There's no **car**, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you're not familiar with the area, you won't know how to take the bus. The first time I hailed a taxi, it was quick, but after that, I couldn't get one for over ten minutes! It's more affordable on weekdays, but a bit expensive on Saturdays!

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it's conveniently located near Grand Lisboa, StarWorld, and Wynn. Getting around by car is also very easy. The room was clean and bright, and the suite bathroom was a real surprise – so big and clean, it felt like a private karaoke room! 😁👍

Staying here with my family of three, it was a good thing there were two toilets, otherwise we would have been in a real bind. But with two toilets, they only installed one shower – that really feels like a waste of space. Every time we entered the room, there was an odor, and the soundproofing was terrible. Even though it's called a suite, it's really just one room with a cardboard partition in the middle. I have no idea what the designer was thinking; wouldn't it have been better to just have two separate rooms? After the casino was canceled, the crowds have definitely thinned out a lot. The breakfast isn't good either. Sigh, it really feels like it's going downhill...
