Clean, comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Good value stay, would happily return again.

This is our top choice for hotels in Macau! We booked two family rooms for 6 people, and they were spacious and comfortable. It's also close to Wynn and MGM, so we could easily walk over to see the Tree and Fountain show in the evenings. Public transportation is convenient too. Highly recommend!

This hotel in Macau offers great value for money, which is why I always stay here whenever I visit. The king-size room is very comfortable, the hygiene is good, and the service attitude is excellent.

The hotel is really convenient, close to everything. Public transport nearby is excellent, and there's a convenience store and restaurants right outside. The room itself was very clean and spacious!

I arrived early and checked in, the front desk was very professional and helped me store my luggage. When I returned in the evening to pick up my room card, I was told I'd been upgraded to a twin suite. The room was very spacious and clean, with all sorts of toiletries provided. The bed was just the right firmness, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was English style, and tasted good, with some pickled vegetable and shredded pork noodles too.

The family room was incredibly spacious, but the soundproofing in the bathroom wasn't great – you could clearly hear conversations from the next room. 😂 The hotel's location is super convenient, with a few convenience stores nearby. There's also an alley right across from the main entrance with plenty of restaurants. The food was decent. This hotel has been open for over 20 years, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was still pretty good. Oh, I forgot to mention something important: there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel for airport transfers. Just follow the queue. It's quite close to the airport, costing around MOP 90 (that's without traffic).

I visit Macau every year, and this year I stayed at the Rio Hotel. The value for money was absolutely incredible! The overall service was excellent, and they even upgraded our room 👍🌟 There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and just a short walk away, you can catch the free shuttle bus from Wynn Macau to the Border Gate, making it super convenient to get around for entertainment! I'll definitely be staying at the Rio again next time 🫶🏻 The only minor downside was that the carpet dryer outside our room started running really early in the morning, which was quite noisy 😴😭

The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is particularly large. The two queen-sized beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal; we walked there directly after getting off the boat. There are also many restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't quite understand was the ¥500 deposit requirement.

Couldn't believe the hotel upgraded us to a family suite for free! It was super, super spacious, and the 22nd floor offered a really nice view! The service was decent, but the hygiene and facilities were just average. You could definitely tell it was grand in its heyday, though.

The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also large. The bedding was good, and the service was satisfactory. What I liked most was how quiet it was; the hotel has excellent soundproofing. I requested a non-smoking room and was given a really nice one. I slept very well. Recommended.

Got a free upgrade to a larger room. It was very clean, and the service was excellent. There was no strange smell in the room, and they tidied up and replenished supplies every day. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Macau 🏨

The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I've stayed here multiple times now. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped, and offer excellent value for money. It's also very close to the shopping center.

The hotel's location is excellent, with Macau Polytechnic University, Fisherman's Wharf, the Grand Prix Museum, the Macau Science Center, and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre all within walking distance. There are many great eateries nearby, giving the area a vibrant local feel. The room furnishings match the official photos. It's also not far from other hotels and attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's.

The family room is very spacious, but one of the USB port doesn’t work. Would appreciated if they have more USB connection.
