The hotel's location is excellent and convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. The room was a bit small, and on the first night, there was a strange smell. It got better after we asked the hotel to change the duvet cover on the second day. My only regret is that the hotel's doorknob scratched my baby, leaving two small black marks. The room was perfect, very similar to an All Seasons Hotel – incredibly clean. I'd definitely stay here again when in Macau. It's within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's and the Grand Lisboa.

The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. There's a bus stop right outside, which is super convenient. The room itself was big and clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the small individual bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom with larger ones; one small bottle isn't quite enough for two people.

We liked the place even though there was not any possibility for a breakfast in the hotel, it’s located in a nice area with street art around and cozy cafes where u may experiment and try different local food. The room was not so big but very clean and comfortable. Basic amenities -all you need for a stay were avaliable. Nice interior and friendly reception. We liked our stay!

The rooms are always spotless, and even though they're not huge, they're perfectly maintained. I'm a frequent guest here. This time, I brought three friends along. After one of them got out of the taxi, they realized their phone had slipped out of their pocket and was left in the car. They were incredibly anxious and didn't know what to do. I suggested we go to the hotel's front desk for help, and told them the phone was left in a taxi. Immediately, they checked the surveillance footage to get the taxi's license plate number. Then, they made numerous calls to report it to the police and contacted them directly. In less than half an hour, we went to the police station and got the phone back! Their efficiency was truly outstanding. I'm so grateful to the three front desk staff members who helped us throughout the process.
