Wynn Palace truly dazzles with its opulent charm – the Hermès orange room this time was incredible, next time I'll have to try the Tiffany blue! The service was excellent too, especially Hao Peisheng from baggage storage. He was so friendly and kind, helping us resolve a few minor issues, which made our vacation go smoothly and beautifully!

The hotel's location is excellent. Due to the Macau Grand Prix, there were many race cars on display at the hotel. The front desk service was superb, and the room was bright and clean. They even gave a small welcome gift upon check-in. It was a very pleasant stay.

I originally wanted to give a five-star review, so why did it turn into three stars? It's because of a bellhop named Zhang Chi in the South Lobby who handles luggage. His attitude was absolutely terrible, ruining all the good impressions Wynn Palace had made on me! It was truly a letdown!

Second stop of our Hong Kong and Macau trip! We went straight from the border crossing to the hotel, and they upgraded us to a lake-view suite, which was absolutely amazing 😍! The room was so big we could have thrown a party in it, and the bed was as soft as a cloud – I fell asleep instantly 💤. The bathroom had a massive tub, perfect for a super relaxing soak, and they provided lots of high-quality toiletries 🧴. The shopping area in the hotel was also fantastic, with all sorts of luxury brands. They even had global limited edition supercars like Bugattis and Koenigseggs! Plus, you can head downstairs and feel like a high-roller at the casino – it was a truly seamless and enjoyable experience.

I used to stay at other hotels in Taipa, but from now on, Wynn Palace will be my only choice. The rooms are clean, tidy, cozy, and luxurious. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, especially Mr. Zhang and Mr. Yang, who are particularly good at anticipating guests' needs and enhancing their stay experience, actively solving any issues. It's really excellent. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, with some unique, special drinks that other hotels don't offer. The hotel is very dedicated. The housekeeping staff are also very attentive and detail-oriented, paying close attention to every small thing. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their considerate and enthusiastic service. The room environment was fantastic, and we could even choose the color scheme ourselves. We went with Tiffany blue, and it looked exactly like the pictures online – so luxurious! We just didn't want to leave. They had golden toothbrushes and combs, but surprisingly, no disposable bath bags. There were a lot of mirrors in the room, and overall, it was really stunning.

Facilities: Well-equipped and high-quality. Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and tidy. Environment: The ambiance is exceptional, every girl would love it. Service: Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties provide first-class service.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby design is elegant, and the front desk service was warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out were very quick. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were just right, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. Breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful yet welcoming, with attention to detail evident throughout. It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city.

This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Macau, and we had an incredibly satisfying stay. We will certainly return given the opportunity.

Absolutely thrilled with Wynn Palace! It's hands down my favorite hotel in all of Macau and always my top choice for any visit. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The smart facilities provide a truly top-notch experience! My mom and I both absolutely adore Wynn Palace!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The toilet had a strong flush. Since it was off-peak season, we received two complimentary buffet breakfasts with our weekday rate. The suckling pig rolls and roast beef were of excellent quality and delicious, and there was also a wide variety of fresh fruit. We rode the cable car and watched the fountain show.

It's decent, but nothing extraordinary. The high price probably stems from its lavish decor and popular casino. One night was enough to experience it, given it likely caters heavily to VVIPs.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we stepped in, the hotel felt opulent and grand. They even accommodated our request for a Tiffany blue-themed room. The views were also great. The only minor drawback was the absence of a smart toilet, which was a slight inconvenience. Compared to other options nearby, it offers excellent value for money. Hotel guests get unlimited cable car rides. We took it once during the day, and my child wanted to experience the night view again. It was also excellent for taking pictures! We also tried their private transfer service. Just remember to book at least one day in advance, and there are no extra charges.

Do not stay at this place unless you are a gambler or smoker. 5000 dollar room, 1000 dollar quality. Extremely bad smell of smoke, bad aircon, and staff refused to check us in and want us to wait until 5pm. Big room is the only upside. 除非你是赌徒或烟民，否则千万不要住在这里。5000元的房间，只有1000元的品质。烟味非常重，空气很差，空调也不好用，工作人员还拒绝让我们入住，要我们等到下午五点。唯一的优点就是房间大。
