The Parisian Macao

Upgraded to a suite with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet, offering excellent spaciousness. They provided a branded foot massager to relieve fatigue, along with a pair of socks. The two pairs of slippers were color-coded, so there was no confusion. The only drawback was that the hairdryer was very large and heavy. The main pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, offering complimentary towels, water, and edamame. The water park is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. From the hotel's 5th floor, walking towards the Venetian, you can reach the Cotai West Light Rail station, which is very convenient.

A wonderful stay! From the moment of check-in, Yanty's service made us feel so comfortable. We even got a complimentary room upgrade to a central room specifically arranged with a view of the Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower, allowing us to enjoy the light show right from our room at night. On top of that, we were offered a late check-out and a lovely little gift. Huge thanks to Yanty for such thoughtful and attentive service!

I was very satisfied; everything was very clean. The only issue was some noise at night, which I suspect was from the pipes (definitely not the air conditioning, as that was very quiet). Also, the indicator lights on the phone and clock were quite bright.

This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau.

This was my first time visiting The Parisian. Previously, I'd always stayed at Galaxy-affiliated hotels like Galaxy, JW, Banyan Tree, and The Venetian, but The Parisian had a different vibe. For trips with kids, Galaxy/JW was always my top choice, and The Venetian was perfect when traveling with parents. However, this time, The Parisian's 6th-floor water park area exceeded my expectations for kids (especially the jacuzzi when it's cold), making it one of my recommended hotels for family trips. The indoor kids' club also impressed both kids and parents with its facilities, game machines, and play equipment, all thoughtfully arranged. Furthermore, the staff's proactive and open-minded attitude more than made up for any slightly 'old-fashioned' feel the facilities might have had. I would definitely consider The Parisian for my next trip.

The best hotel experience I've had in Macau! The room facilities are quite new, and the staff service is excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Zhu who checked me in. She gave a very detailed introduction to the hotel's services, including how to take the hotel shuttle bus to various attractions and how to get to the NBA China exhibition hall. The Parisian Macao is newer than The Venetian Macao, and its free shuttle buses go to the airport, ports, and major attractions. The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao, and The Venetian Macao are interconnected, making shopping and dining very convenient. The instant noodles, chips, tea, and coffee in the room are all complimentary. I'll definitely stay at The Parisian Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

The room is quite spacious, with a double sofa, and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the window 🗼. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and patient; they answer all questions no matter where you ask. The hotel has convenient transportation, with free shuttle buses to various destinations (Macau Peninsula, Taipa Village, the border gate, and the airport). You can walk directly to The Londoner and The Venetian via the skywalk, and taxis are also easy to find. Highly recommended.

Vanmen was quick and professional with the check-in. We arrived a bit late, and the kids were hungry and eager to play at the playground. Vanmen kindly upgraded us to a family fun room and suggested we go swimming first, then have dinner. The staff were very accommodating, thank you.
