This time, my stay at The Londoner Macao was a bit rushed, so I could only book the Louis Suite. When checking in, the front desk informed me that the Windsor Suite was available. Katrina helped us pay the difference to switch to the new room, which was incredibly spacious and clean. From the moment we stepped out of the car into the hotel lobby until we reached our room, every staff member we encountered was highly professional and enthusiastic. They even helped us book two Michelin-starred restaurants during a holiday period and were always quick to answer any questions or resolve issues. They also pre-booked our breakfasts for us. One day, when we were going to dine elsewhere, the hotel arranged for their special shuttle car to take us, which was such a thoughtful touch! It’s worth mentioning that The Londoner Court breakfast offers two areas to choose from, both featuring a buffet alongside à la carte options. The highlight of Court Area 1 is their signature Lobster Eggs Benedict and grilled scallops. Area 2's specialties include sashimi, cheung fun, and caviar waffles, and the seafood noodles are a must-try, packed with seafood. The happy hour and afternoon tea are also highly recommended; the dim sum and various small dishes are exquisite and delicious. The hotel staff provided impeccable service. On Chinese New Year's Eve and when we checked out, they even gave us two beautiful gifts with handwritten cards. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The pillow selection was excellent. Throughout our stay, various staff members delivered cards and gifts. Katrina, Teresa, and Mark Liang from the hotel's Guest Relations team assisted us with numerous issues, and the housekeeping lady was also very welcoming. The entire hotel's service was truly professional. The staff members at the elevator entrances on each floor were all very friendly, especially the foreign gentleman on the first floor who was very welcoming to my family. Overall, the hotel left a fantastic impression on us. It's also very convenient to get to The Venetian and The Parisian from The Londoner. The various restaurants within The Londoner are also highly recommended, especially the Hoi Sin seafood hotpot. It was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay at The Londoner again on my next trip to Macao.

The moment I stepped into the room, I knew it was worth it. Once my vacation started, I realized the hotel paid great attention to detail. From the room decor and amenities to the service, everything was outstanding. And for a food lover like me, the delicious meals were irresistible! We booked a room that included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails, so all our meals for the day were covered by the hotel. This was much better than the unpredictability of finding food outside. I finally experienced what it feels like for a Macau hotel to be a slice of heaven. Plus, with major shopping malls right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for anyone who wants to shop.

Our recent stay at The Londoner Macao with our child far exceeded expectations. From before arrival to after departure, every detail showcased professionalism and warmth, truly setting a benchmark for luxury hotel service in Macau. Upon landing, we were met with a pre-arranged pick-up service by Adraina from Guest Relations. After checking in, she thoughtfully booked us breakfast at The Manor and reservations at one of the hotel's star restaurants. Our transfer driver, Regan, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. To make things easier for me, he specifically waited at the customs exit. After dropping us off at the hotel, he made sure our luggage was delivered and neatly arranged before leaving. Krystal from Guest Relations was equally warm and attentive; she processed our early check-in in the morning. From guiding us and assisting with luggage to answering all our inquiries, her professional and courteous demeanor made us feel at home right away. The room's amenities and cleanliness were impeccable: spacious and airy, with new and complete facilities that exuded quality. The housekeeping standards were exceptionally high, with our room being cleaned actively two to three times daily, always pristine and comfortable. When my child wanted a bath, Aaron from housekeeping handled it swiftly and provided perfect service: he not only thoroughly cleaned the bathtub but also contacted colleagues to bring disposable bath liners, and thoughtfully added bath salts and bath bombs. He truly paid attention to our child's small needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. Thanks also to Sally and many other staff members whose names I didn't catch for your excellent service. The dining experience was a continuous delight, offering both great value and an exceptional experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast had clear sections and a rich selection: the Eggs Benedict station consistently delivered excellent, flavorful dishes; the sashimi section was fresh and plentiful. A full range of Chinese and Western hot dishes, noodles, fruits, and drinks were available, all delicious and substantial, making for a satisfying and worthwhile meal. The afternoon tea at The Manor was exquisite and delicious, with both aesthetic appeal and great taste. My child loved it, and the elegant and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a relaxing break. I highly recommend the restaurant's bar. Although I couldn't enter the bar area because I had my child with me, I still enjoyed equally excellent service in the outer section. On the day of departure, Adraina and Krystal from Guest Relations proactively asked for our pick-up vehicle's license plate number and arranged for our luggage to be loaded in advance. Because my pre-booked car was late, Regan and Cindy had us rest in the lobby while they tirelessly looked for my car, ensuring our luggage was safely loaded before coming back to call us. Just before getting into the car, Cindy, a lovely lady, even gave us a farewell gift. We reluctantly departed under the watchful eyes of these two staff members, a perfectly thoughtful and attentive end to our stay. I've stayed at many hotels, big and small, but I would give The Londoner a perfect score. From check-in to check-out, every employee at The Londoner wasn't just performing their job but genuinely striving to provide service, making 'feeling at home' the most fitting description. This experience far exceeded my expectations and beautifully concluded my entire trip!

This hotel truly offers an 'immersive British journey' with its exceptional lobby design, room decor, hallway ambiance, and well-stocked mini-bar. The mini-bar area, featuring a Bosch electric kettle, Nespresso machine, custom tea sets, and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, perfectly showcases the hotel's commitment to both guest convenience and quality. The top-tier restaurant, 'Hua Ting,' is lauded as the best breakfast in Macau!

I stayed at The Londoner on the first day of Chinese New Year, and it was absolutely fantastic! Julie, the front desk attendant, helped me book a restaurant, which was a bit tricky during the holiday. She even brought a little basket with slippers, a dental kit, and a bathrobe for my child directly to the room. Unlike some hotels where you tell them you have a child and still find nothing in the room, The Londoner is never like that – they're incredibly generous and thoughtful. All their services feel effortless and genuinely comfortable. I'll definitely be back, so wait for my return! 😁

This year, my wife, our child, and I celebrated Chinese New Year in Macau, staying at The Londoner Macao. The service, as always, was impeccable. First and foremost, what really draws me to The Londoner Macao is its 'The Manor' restaurant. Our room package included a 'privilege' for two: afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and breakfast (from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM). This truly showcased the quality of a five-star hotel's dining experience. (Considering Macau's prices and the restaurant's quality, these three meals alone were worth about MOP 1000 per person). Secondly, the stellar service. Even two days before check-in, the staff proactively contacted us, answering all our questions and doing their best to accommodate any check-in difficulties. (The staff member who assisted my family was Cindy; though I didn't ask, her accent sounded like she might be from Taiwan). Throughout our trip, from pre-arrival to check-in and even after check-out, she was always in timely communication with me, never showing any impatience. Furthermore, when issues arose, she never shied away from them, instead taking my perspective to actively resolve problems. She provided immense help for my family's trip this time. Lastly, The Londoner Macao has many more advantages and highlights that I can't list one by one. All I can say is that even though I booked during Chinese New Year when room rates were relatively higher, I still felt it was absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit Macau, The Londoner will undoubtedly remain my top choice.

This was my first time staying at The Londoner, though I've stayed at the Conrad before, which is in the same building. The rooms at The Londoner are incredibly spacious, all suites, and the housekeeping staff is incredibly thorough. Macao's service really sets the standard! They deliver three meals a day to your room, all of high quality, including various seafood dishes and drinks – a true feast! Derek at the concierge desk provided exceptional service; he even remembered my dinner order and reminded me about it the next day. He's incredibly attentive to guests, truly excellent, big thumbs up! 👍

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; the service was top-notch. I finally slept really well at a hotel, and I'm grateful they provided a neck pillow for someone as picky about pillows as I am. The dining was also excellent; I didn't have much of an appetite, so I missed out on a lot of delicious food. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. It was a very satisfying experience.

This was my second stay at The Londoner, and it was just as excellent as the first. Eva was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, assisting me with multiple restaurant bookings and even rearranging times when needed. The breakfast here is simply top-notch! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I'd say The Londoner is currently the best food hotel I've ever stayed in! From the breakfast buffet to afternoon tea and the evening executive lounge, everything was incredibly delicious. We didn't even pay out of pocket for a single meal outside the hotel during our three-day stay 😋. Plus, all the hotel staff were so welcoming and provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. A special shoutout to Jessica from the executive lounge; she was super enthusiastic. When she found out we were on our honeymoon, she even recommended some lesser-known but highly photogenic spots on the balcony and helped us take pictures. Thumbs up!

Excellent 👍. The suite included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails, which was essentially like having three meals covered. The Huating cuisine was delicious, and the room was clean and tidy. It's more convenient for shopping than The Venetian, and you won't get lost. Highly recommend.

I brought my mom to Macau, and the buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and bar food at the Grand Hyatt Club were incredibly rich and varied. We didn't even need to go out looking for food, which was perfect for seniors who don't eat a lot but enjoy a wide selection. We hardly ever had to wait for a table. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruits, and during our stay, they even sent egg tarts and chocolates to our room once. It was also super convenient to go downstairs to watch the guard changing ceremony. The hotel's blackout curtains were excellent, making it ideal for a good night's sleep. When we moved to the Venetian, the hotel even helped coordinate the luggage transfer. Overall, our experience was fantastic. Currently, the hotel doesn't offer free airport pickup. If you don't want to take a taxi, I highly recommend using the Ctrip airport transfer service – it's excellent, and the Alpha drivers are much better than Macau's taxi drivers!

This time, after doing some research for my trip to Macau, I ultimately chose The Londoner! The hotel service was top-notch 👍! It was an 'all-inclusive' room package! Breakfast was served until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers! Both the afternoon tea and evening cocktails kept guests happily staying at the hotel. Plus, there was an open bar for drinks, which is fantastic for anyone who enjoys a tipple! While the room rate might seem a bit high at first glance, it offers excellent value for money!
