A great experience overall. The hotel is clean and tidy, and there is a huge, adorable LINE bear right at the entrance. You can take the Grand Lisboa shuttle bus from Gongbei Port and arrive directly.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Grand Lisboa Palace. There are shuttle buses to popular attractions like The Londoner, The Venetian, The Parisian, Wynn Palace, and MGM, as well as a hotel bus to the airport.

The hotel is very close to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace, both within walking distance, yet it's very affordable. The room was clean and spacious. I particularly liked the combination of carpet and tile flooring – the carpet for its softness and the tiles for being non-slip. The service was excellent; no need to bring a travel adapter, and the shower facilities were perfectly equipped!

The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

The location is easy to find, surrounded by well-known hotels, but this place is also quite fun, haha. It's quiet for sleeping, which is really nice. It's very close to the hotel and the airport, only a 20-minute ride.

This time I stayed in a king-size bed room and had breakfast. There are three restaurants to choose from for breakfast, and I chose the Chinese one. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, and there's also coffee, milk, and other beverages.

The room was clean and tidy. It would be even better if the bedding, sheets, and towels could meet a higher disinfection standard. This hotel is suitable for young people and families traveling with elderly and children. The hotel has its own shopping mall, restaurants, a cinema, and art exhibitions. Not only do you get discounts on purchases, but you can also participate in a lucky draw. That day, I won four Emperor Cinemas movie tickets, I was so happy! I hope more shops will open to enrich the business offerings. I can feel the owner is running the business with great care. Came to Macau two days before the National Day holiday. The hotel price was good, and the location was convenient with a bus stop right outside. The room was clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. Recommended!

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money! The room was clean with no hidden dirty spots, and the bathroom was dry with no water stains. The room directly faces a large stadium. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel entrance to nearby hotels, where you can then catch a free bus to the airport and various tourist attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's! There are also various shopping malls nearby for some retail therapy!

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. Some packages include a useful express pass for the Wynn Palace cable car. Transportation is a bit inconvenient, as **taxis are scarce, and you mostly have to walk to the Grand Lisboa Palace next door to catch a shuttle bus. However, the price-to-value ratio is excellent.

If it weren't for the casino, Grand Lisboa Palace would undoubtedly be the most cost-effective hotel. For this price point, it even offers a bathtub. Plus, it has pool facilities, the rooms are new, the price is just right, and it's connected to a mall downstairs, providing a one-stop experience.

As always, I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit Macau. The Bing Sutt downstairs has been open for many years and is very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport with easy access. I will definitely stay here again on future trips.
