是次和父母及家人預祝兒子生日，特地選擇了倫敦人御園。御園的服務果然一流，除了會事前聯絡外，因兒子有蠶豆症，亦特地在接待前上網查看食物須要注意的事宜。非常感謝管家Willson & Lucianna 的服務，非常貼心，尤其是Willson，因酒店沒有非薄荷的兒童牙膏，而兒子不能使用含有薄荷的東西， 特地安排在外購買，細節位滿分。感謝酒店為兒子準備了生日蛋糕，職員為他唱生日歌，令他非常開心。
另外，酒店的早餐非常豐富，味道一流。感謝管家團隊，用心記着每個人的喜好習慣而準備了溫馨的禮品，使我們渡過了一次非常愉快及溫暖貼心的週末小假期。

在倫敦人御園短住兩晚，從到達之前管家Willson和我的細節溝通就感覺到酒店服務不一般，非常高效周到，御園是我們這次澳門之旅特別挑選的酒店，因此對酒店體驗充滿了期待，我們經常出差住過不少酒店，有時在預期和實際體驗中間存在不少差距，但是倫敦人御園酒店給予的卻是不斷的驚喜、感動和超預期的滿意，瞭解到我們此行是為家中長者的生日旅行，酒店除了正常的禮遇之外，入住期間管家Willson 和Joa還貼心的作了温馨的安排，每一個點滴細節從小小的卡片到暖心的生日歌都讓長者家和我們感動，感受到了家人般温暖的關懷。一個奢華酒店不僅僅是環境和硬件的高端，更加體現的是整個團隊從總監到管家的運營理念以及超前的服務意識， 尤其打動人的是酒店的温度。御園是一個有温度的美好的如家一般的存在，在此我們向倫敦人御園團隊表示誠摯的感謝。

超預期的令人滿意，酒店硬件奢華精緻，乾淨衞生。軟件服務方面更是令人滿意，管家服務制度特別貼心。從辦理入住開始就有一位管家隨時提供貼心服務，入住前就已經添加聯繫方式，按要求給我們加了床還贈送了很多甜品，迎接入住的花束也非常令人欣喜。感謝管家Ken Zhang的細心和貼心服務，也感謝管家Lucas Lu的熱情陪同，下次來澳門一定還會來入住。

房間很大很舒適，服務超乎預期的滿意。如果需要，全程都有管家悉心的照顧和陪伴。陪老媽逛街歸來，管家小黃非常暖心地幫她安排泡腳。小林和小黃精心安排小禮物彰顯了聆聽和周到，介紹的展覽很好看。早餐、下午茶和晚間雞尾酒的食材都足夠新鮮，可以吃得很飽。是一次物有所值的短假期。

環境：在氹仔，離澳門機場和橫琴口岸近。和巴黎人、威尼斯人酒店相隔一條馬路，從倫敦人2樓有空中走廊，可以走去巴黎人買東西。御園和倫敦人酒店在同一片建築羣裏，這裏的免税店比巴黎人的小。娛樂場的機器可以直接用港幣，其他方式要去櫃枱兑換。
設施：房間設施齊全，有智能馬桶，全身按摩椅。有一間按摩房間，可以另付費請人按摩。各個設施維護很好，乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，無異味。我們定的騎士套房，一間大床、房一間雙床、三個衞生間。水吧飲料全免費，還有三大抽屜的零食，歡迎點心，免費續。
服務：御園服務非常貼心。管家提前會聯繫，免費接送一次。管家小徐和禮賓小哥來倫敦人接我們，把行李都確認好，直接幫我們拿去御園。我們直接去客房，管家來客房幫我們辦理入住手續，這樣很方便。管家會詢問行程，安排車輛送我們去景點。長者沒帶保温杯，還贈送兩個保温杯給我們。管家24小時隨叫隨到。晚上回房間，管家還放好了洗澡水，超級省心。
餐飲：早餐在36樓，沒什麼人。下午茶在倫敦人3樓的華庭。早餐有自助台，龍蝦、鮑魚、蝦餃、水蟹粥這種要和服務人員點。食材很新鮮，味道規矩。體驗很好。倫敦人華庭的水蟹粥，我們吃着有點鹹。這裏正好入住還送了水果點心，管家看孩子愛吃，馬上把吃完的都補充上。全家人都不喝酒，所以晚上的雞尾酒會，沒有去。
我們住的騎士套房，一晚上3W。包含早餐、下午茶和雞尾酒。還有接送服務。軟硬件各方面都相當滿意。頭一次沒聽長者提出不滿。
這次澳門住過的幾家酒店，我自己的綜合感受排名是倫敦人御園 -倫敦人 -老葡京-永利皇宮-新葡京。

龍年春節，我們一家三口在御園度過，設施豪華，服務貼心，是我住過的最好的酒店沒有之一。酒店套房佈置的家一樣温馨，小郭和小林兩位美女管家，從接機到日常服務做的細緻入微，考慮到80歲的長者洗澡的防滑問題，專門購買了塑膠拖鞋，真正做到了管家服務。客房供應品種繁多，從日常使用到小吃應有盡有，酒店員工非常友好，有求必應！極品澳門酒店，下次還住！
