Great hotel, very good location, walkingdistance from all nice areas in older Macau.
Booked their largest room fype, and got an 18th floor great size and view.
Spotlessly clean, bed on the hard side but slept good. Good wifi, tresseme bathroom products, good water pressure.
Convenient fridge,2 comp water bottles.
Large supermarket less than 50 metres away, easy peacy
Staff all very friendly. Secure elevator access to all floors.
Breakfast good, they serve fresh espressos & cappuccinos, eggs for choice, and a noodle soup. Great scrambled eggs!
Grwat value with all that .... I'll be back ! .
The hotel is nice and clean. It better than my expectations. But there is one cons whereby the soundproof is not good. Can easily heard the noise from next door guest.
Is a convenient area. Walk to the Ruinas de São Paulo is around 14min. Go to Taipa can have free shuttle but need walk to grand Lisboa Macau. Around 5 min walk only.
Modern, clean environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Delia upgraded my room without charge ....what a bonus so i stayed an extra night in the same room. I rented a commute card, 50mop refundable deposit, topped up 50mop, used only 8mop. On checkout one staff helped me call a taxi. I said it was a shame to loose the 42 balance & she said i could use up my balance in a 7-Eleven store so i rushed over across the street & got myself a sandwich & redbull. My room was well litted, air-conditioned with great amenities. Highly recommended.
Lovely luxury feel for a lower budget.
Corner room was lovely, had a view of the race course from our room.
Mini fridge and water was well stocked.
Reception were attentive and provided extra amenities (ie cutlery) upon request.
Clean communal areas.
The products provided in the bathroom felt luxurious.
The do not disturb / door bell system was simple to use.
The service was excellent, the room was clean, the food was ... average, but not bad. My onlt complaint is this: they said that they have twin sized beds. To me that's about 6 feet (2 meters) from side to side. The beds were long enough, but so narrow that I almost fell off both sides during the night. They are literally the width of a sleeping bag.
Also, the room was a bit small and the shower too.
Overall, not too bad. But I'd need a proper sized bed before I go again next time. There's no way this was a 4 star hotel - maybe 3.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing was that I tried to check in a little early about 1 o’clock and told me to check in was it 2 o’clock so I walk around the block and come back 15 minutes later in the lobby is filled with Chinese that we’re checking in early and I’m just standing there like why couldn’t I have checked in early… But it all worked out because the lady behind the desk remembered me. I came up to her and gave her a flower because it was national women’s day and I got checked in quickly. You should probably know you have to pay a HK$500 deposit here., Which I wasn’t expecting, but the rooms are really nice for the price and the location is pretty great so you should stay here at the Victoria 😊
The hotel is nearby San malo ... center of Macau that can enjoy the whole family...we enjoy every moments of staying in Grand harbor Macau...it's a totally a family hotel that can provide a better experience..the three days stay in the grand harbor is a well and unforgettable... remarkable..
We will come back to stay again. We are very happy 😁😁 next time we come back to Macau...we will surely comeback to grand harbor hotel
We stayed there 2 nights and everything went great. Good location, I preferred to stay on this side and travel daily to Taipa. The hotel has breakfast that was Chinese cuisine but good enough. Hotels and rooms are new and good decorated. There is also free shuttle that we used to get to HZMB.
