Rude house maids, bad room service, dirty sheets, no toilet paper...it was bed bugs present that led to me having to throw all of my clothing away due to the infestation

GREAT STAY AT TRAVELODGE I had an excellent experience during my stay at Travelodge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. I highly recommend Travelodge for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable place to stay with great service. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area!

The room was unclean (hair in the shower, trash on the floor). Too few towels and they were wet. Bedding had an odor and the sheets were too small for the bed. The refrigerator and microwave were ancient and looked dirty. Also, there were 3 clerks when we arrived. They spoke among themselves but did not interact with me until they wanted my signature.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I appreciated the absence of carpeting, which added to the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The entire place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room temperature was perfect throughout my stay. Plus, having dining options within walking distance made things so convenient. I felt completely safe during my time there and would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Roaches. Drawers smelled so strobgly of mold and mildew things could not be stored in them. The whole handle/knob of the shoeer was falling off the wall. The mattresses sit on frames that are about 7" too small causing part of the matress to just hang with no support. A/C unit is VERY loud and did not handle cooling the single room well. The pool is closed (it looks abandoned). Ran out of towels. Bedding was dirty on arrival. Room smelled horrible. The barrier between my room and the ajoining room was so thin I could hear their conversations.
