"We were deceived and scammed at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends. We booked a standard room and arrived in the evening. When we arrived, the hotel was completely empty, with no guests. (Now I understand why.) We were offered a room next to our booked room, right by the stream, for twice the price. The location of the room was great. That was the only good thing. The air conditioning kept breaking down. It was cold, and my wife had to sleep with her coat on. There was constantly no hot water. It was impossible to shower or take a bath. They even put a jacuzzi in the room, thank goodness. What good is a jacuzzi if the room is only cold and there's no hot water? Water and air conditioning problems are a common problem at this hotel. Other guests have mentioned this issue too!!! There was no mirror in the bathroom. Everything in the toilet was missing. There were no hangers or wardrobes in the room. We had to spend the last two nights in a standard room because staying in the so-called luxury room was impossible. We wanted to check out and get a refund for the remaining three days, but our request was denied. Likewise, we weren't refunded the difference we paid for the so-called luxury room. I don't even want to get into issues like cleanliness, breakfast, etc. My advice: Stay away from this hotel."

"Stayed here during the Tarabzon visit - the best decision was to stay here when I think about it now in the hindsight (and comparing with other nice places i stayed). Out of this world! It's the place to be and unwind in true untouched nature. Amazing and genuine hosts with delicious food and efficient services, who try to give 110%. Can't recommend it enough. Plan for a minimum of two days to stay with nothing else. Follow the Google maps until you find hotel signage, and from thereon, follow the sign board's. Drive safely, patiently, while enjoying weather. Be very cautious during rain/fog. "
