Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast.

Clean, fairly upscale linens for a stop over hotel off the highway. Comfortable beds. Easy to bring our pets to for a night. The staff is kind and very helpful. We lost some jewelry and realized it on the road the next morning...turned around to drive back and thankfully housekeeping had found it, kept it safe and I had my rings back! Super nice, honest people!

Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient. Bathroom areas were very clean and modern. The shower door makes a really loud sound like a gunshot when you open or close it and sounds like the glass is going to break. We have noticed the same problematic doors in some other other Springhill suites that are designed the same. UnFortunately the road noise was loud and made it very hard to sleep. Ask for a room that's not facing I 75 because it is literally right outside the window. The breakfast area was nice and the food was pretty decent for a free breakfast with a nice variety.

This review is for the sleep in North 3928 River place drive Macon Georgia. The lady behind the front desk shows up on my receipt as KBeach. She is very rude and defensive, not customer service oriented at all. Very argumentative over the simplest request. She needs to be replaced!! Put her on third shift we're very little people have to interact with her. Hotels need a very friendly outgoing bubbly personality as I will know working in that field. To top it all off there were drunk people out in the hallway at 2:00 a.m. and drunk people yelling across the parking lot outside my window. I did not feel safe at all. I will never stay here again and I will advise everyone not to stay here until they change their staff. To top it all off the bathroom door did not work as I have pictures and the glass shower door I almost fell out of because there's no catch to keep you from falling out, I have pictures of that as well. I'm tired of choice hotels saying they'll get back to me and offering all these coupons and deals but yet never hearing back from them. My hotel through choice hotels in Port Charlotte Florida was amazing and all the hotels should take note from them!!
