Clean and spacious room, hotel is 5 min walk away from Macquarie park Metro station, ~20min walk from the Macquarie shopping mall.
Not much exciting there, but the company I visited was close by, that's why I choose the Crown Plaza.
Nice and friendly staff as well as the Reception and in the Restaurant.
Small convenience shop and restaurants just opposite the street, (Malaysia, Thai, Kebab, KFC, Macdonald,....)

The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻

Stayed for 1 night, I was acknowledged as a return guest, and the room was upgraded. All the basic necessities were included. Breakfast service and staff were great.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast buffet was ordinary. The perfume smell in the lobby was sickening and nauseating. Would suggest to use something refreshing rather thank this sickly sweet smell.

Convenient location. Quiet.
Bathroom was small with shower over bath. Bath tub was high to step into.
The wall of the bathroom was an opaque glass panel that was almost see through into the room. It def lit up the bedroom when the light was turned on and you could see the shadow of person in the shower.
The 2nd bed was pushed up against the panel which was uncomfortable for that person
