"The small village is a jewel nestled in the Anzasca Valley at the foot of Monte Rosa. The apartment is cared for in detail, very comfortable and perfectly clean (even the dishes, which is not to be taken for granted!). Although our stay was characterized largely by bad weather (and the flooding of Macugnaga), we still managed to enjoy our stay in the apartment in peace, without any particular inconveniences. The staff was excellent at every stage, from booking, to welcoming and leaving. I would recommend a holiday here for the beauty of the village, for the comfort of the apartments and for the historical naturalistic context of the valley: the village is in an excellent position to visit the natural beauties and the various inhabited centers each characterized by various attractions (don't miss the ancient Walser house in the inhabited center of Borca)."

"What a very disappointing and unfriendly experience. We booked breakfast and as hikers who need to leave early as the lift nearby had an accident and does not work: No and buy your own breakfast! Furthermore the owner took away breakfast cereals which was a very u friendly gesture."

The staff welcomed me and my family in an extremely kind and competent way, giving us the room a few hours early (we arrived in the morning and had planned to ski), thus anticipating our possible needs. Excellent cuisine and welcoming and clean rooms. Stunning view of Monte Rosa at dawn from the windows of the room! Highly recommended!"

"We had booked for the second year in a row at this facility, paying a €150 cash. Following the weather that hit the country at the end of June, and after the same Mayor of Macugnaga had invited, on the days when our arrival was scheduled, to not reach the municipality unless indeed, We called to communicate that we were unwillingly renouncing the booking. I remember two things. first: staying would have been a person of almost 70 years (my mother) and my daughter of 8 years old. I think that the concern is understandable given the bad weather. Secondly, we never asked for the money back from the capra but only asked for it to be good or for August (but the structure had no place) or as an alternative for next year. Well, the owners responded badly, saying they didn't keep us good, and denying that there was no problem. It is a pity that Macugnaga has been visiting it for more than 30 years, and it is clear that some tourists are more a shock than others."
